This would not be a case for the Docusign Support, who supports customers with technical issues.
For all contract/content related issues, you need to contact the sender, in this case the realtor, directly.

Both replies don’t answer the question so nobody gets the Best Answer. As for contacting the sender, he is the perpetrator of the potential tampering with evidence.
