Hide The Sender Name & Details in the "Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure" agreement modal

I need to Hide the sender details in the “Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure” modal.
Can any one help me here?

When sending out a request for signature, the first thing the customer sees is a checkbox where he accepts the electronic record and signature disclosure. In that component, it shows the sender card along with the email message. Can we hide the Sender Card details. I want to show only the email message.

Apologies for the late reply. To see if I understood correctly, you would like to edit the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure to hide the Sender Card, is that correct? Can you clarify what you mean by Sender Card, can you provide a screenshot?

Are you the admin in your account?

You are correct. I need to hide the sender card. I have the developer account. I do not have the admin access to prod account.

The screenshot is from prod.
