I registered for Docusign with our IT Support email and would like to transfer this to a different email. Can this be done?

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear you are getting an error message changing your email address in your Docusign account.

 

If you get an error, it's most likely due to the code being entered incorrectly or the new address being already linked to another Docusign account. Here's how to resolve:

Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

 

If none of those seem to apply, you are also welcome to create a case so a Docusign Support can take a closer look at the issue

You can change the email address for the Docusign account yourself.
