I registered for Docusign with our IT Support email and would like to transfer this to a different email. Can this be done?

You can change the email address for the Docusign account yourself.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear you are getting an error message changing your email address in your Docusign account.

 

If you get an error, it is most likely because the new address is already linked to another Docusign account. To resolve this error, enter a different email address or create a case so a Docusign Support can take a closer look at the issue
