I have sent about 30 employee handbooks to be read and electronically signed by each employee. A few have come back that I have been able to open, download and save to our organizational files. No problem. However, I received one, and when I clicked to open, it sent me to a Docusign screen that said → Access Denied. User lacks sufficient permissions. For assistance, please visit our Support Center.  How do I access the document? Why was I able to access the others and not this one? 

My Documents keep purging out of my account. I have never enabled this. Why is there no customer support to call?

I successfully did two Bulk Sends within the past two months. Now, when I try, I get some error message about how the legacy version is retired and something about using v2. It includes a link to a Transition to Bulk Send v2 page regarding bulk sending that is unnecessarily long. It begins with; “Docusign is encouraging all customers using the original bulk send feature (v1) to begin their transition to the enhanced bulk send for multiple recipients (v2). Bulk send v2 offers many great improvements and the end of life was February 28, 2022. This article provides more information about the transition to help guide you through the process.” As I read this, v2 ended Feb 28, 2022!? Also, what is the point of all of this. When I press Bulk Send, just simply go into the Bulk Send. Why do I have to stop what I’m doing to read through all of this seemingly nonsense, set up Demo accounts, etc.? Why wouldn’t it just walk me through it? 

I sent an envelope to 3 users to sign, but accidentally typed one email incorrectly and it bounced back as a “Delivery Failure.” The first user signed, but I need to correct the second users email address. When I am on my homepage, I can see the envelope under Agreement Activity section, but when I click “Correct” to the right of the envelope, it brings me to the inbox page and I receive the message “Unable to Access the Envelope.” From the “Sent” folder, I can see the envelope, but there is no option to correct. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Hello,I am trying to upload few templates, but I am getting an error of the templates size which should not be more than 25 MB.How can I upload templates of sizes more than 25 MB?  

This is the second time in 3 days that my work has been destroyed part way through constructing the document envelope.  There has to be some improvement to allow work to be progressively saved.  The first failure occurred because I walked away from my computer for a couple of hours and the software logged me out… okay, I won’t do that again. But this time, I was midstream in preparing fields for signing, initializing and text boxes when the program crashed.  What a colossal waste of precious time. I am posting this because when I searched on line for a way to save my work, I came to this forum that states the work cannot be saved.  Terrible.

I am wanting to be able to share my previously used contacts that are saved with a colleague so that they my use them as well. Is this something I am able to do?

Can I please get some confirmation on the 21 CFR Part 11 module requirements for users RECEIVING a signature request, when the receiving user does not have the 21 CFR Part 11 module.Say I am a 21 CFR Part 11 module user, and I send a signature request to a user with a FREE DocuSign account (assume their org uses a different signature platform, so no DocuSign licenses). Is the signing users signature 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and they are forced to provide a second method of authentication as part of this compliance? I would hope/expect that it does work this way, just looking for total confirmation as i’m struggling to find a concrete answer for certain...

If a template has several documents (pages) within it and only one documents (page) needs to be edited (i.e. replaced) or another needs to be added in the middle of the template, how can I make that change without losing all of the other pages fields that were already assigned? Example: I have a 50 page document that I have assigned all fields within all pages. I have to update one page within this document, how can I do that? It is letting me remove a page, but not add one. Further, I do not want to have to start all over and reassign all fields if I add a page within the entire document. Is this possible with DocuSign?

Why do I need to sue DocuSign in order to get an envelope history that I am a part of and my signature was used fraudulently?Why is CS and  legal so evasive?Doesn’t anyone know that not honoring the TOU agreement and production of documents will be a complaint filed with the FTC, SEC and consumer protection regulators?I have been trying to reject all contracts made using DocuSign because of their lack of compliance with TOU(If you are part of the document and a signature is contested, I am entitled to the envelope history)I will be including DocuSign as the facilitator in a fraudulent transaction and requesting a subpoena that DocuSign must comply anyway and now will be asked to pay legal fees and potential sanctions and any judgement sent to the proper regulatory agencies.   

I added some users because in a web search I got information suggesting that the DS Senders permission allowed people to send but did not allow them to sign. It appears this information is not correct.How can I remove the ability to sign on users. We have a scenario where only 1 person is supposed to be able to sign. But a handful of people need to be able to send envelope out for signature.

A few years ago I was able to upload PDF documents and create a template that I could send to people and have them complete the form.  Apparently changes have been made and pdf is no longer a supported document format. What is the best way to create a template that I can send to people such as an onboarding form that gets used frequently.  

Which plan contains the ability to do embedded sending and signing? I assume all esignature plans allow the use of all API methods. Based on the plan and pricing page it is only included in the Enterprise tier. Thank you.

we send two different templates from the same email/account and we want to organize the envelopes by template sent in the inbox so that you can see the canceled, completed, in progress,... of each template. How can I create these 'folders' so that they are automatically classified? Can I see them in Outlook if I have the mailbox available?

For those that are looking for a better W-9 template than the one in the Template Library, feel free to use this one attached.It actually allows the Individual/ Sole Proprietor the ability to enter in their EIN / TIN instead of their personal SSN.It allows the entry of the business entity / doing business as (DBA) name based on the appropriate tax classification.  It hides the DBA when entering in the SSN as an individual.

Hi, newbie on DocuSign here… just my 2nd day on plataform! We have a complaince training today 2pm (+30min from now). After training all people needs to sign a document do say they were present and listen to training (please do not ask why… here is Brasil!). How we already did it:We generate a new doc in Word, with all legal terms and send it to 20 people!  Very hard work! What we need / I wish we could to do:Generate the .DOC withe legal terms and ONE space for signature and date/time and attach a CSV file for recipients (name, e-mail). They receive the e-mail, open it, sign their names and it´s done.Later we go to plataform to download ONE document with all 20 signatures to add to complaince process! We’ve used to do it using a manual process to put each people name and indicating the exact space for his signature . So if there are 18 people, we need to put 18 sign

I am the Admin on our company’s DocuSign account and I am the only one that creates templates. I have shared certain templates with specific department staff. However, no matter what specific templates I have shared with them, they are able to see ALL templates I have uploaded. Is there a way to limit their view to ONLY the templates that have been shared with them?

 I have a document  that needs to be signed to either  confirm acceptance of terms or  signed to confirm their refusal of terms. I have added the sign  action arrow to both the acceptance and the decline option. If both options are tagged with the Sign action will DocuSign allow for the person to only sign one option? I am concerned that DocuSign will want both spaces to be signed and will give an error message if one isn't. Please advise what you think is best. Many thanks. 

Hi I am new to using Docusign and have created a template which contains a date field but when I preview it appears in the American format and not the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY. I have changed the Regional settings to UK and the time zone but it is still appearing as MM/DD/YYYY. Is there somewhere I can change this permanently please.

We’re getting an “unable to create the envelope” error on some of our templates for the first time today. Some of these have been used for years. When I looked for similar issues here, some people said the templates were too big when they had this issue. They are fairly large (16-18 docs), but I’ve never heard of there being a size limit for templates. Is there a size limit?If not, what’s going on with this new error? We really need to be able to use these templates.

Hello!  For some Senders, the signed and downloaded PDF document is unlocked.  The blue Signature Panel ribbon indicating whether all signatures are valid is missing. These users are able to manipulate the document, reorganize the pages and save, not “Save as” the changes using Adobe Acrobat Pro.  This should not happen.  Any ideas?  Is there some DocuSign setting that is turned off for them or should be turned on for all Senders?

In 2017 my real estate broker had a prospective tenant sign a lease using DocuSign.  Once signed the lease was sent to me for my DocuSign signature.  After I signed the lease (now fully executed) I downloaded the lease from DocuSign. I now need to refer to this lease and when I open it in Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat reports “At lease one signature has problems.”  Here is all the information presented to me on Acrobat’s Signature Panel:  This is a very confusing message.  It does not appear to identify which signature it’s not happy with.  What does this mean?  What happens if a party rejects the document because they think there’s an issue with a signature (as Adobe Acrobat will inform them of this)?
