How to receive the Certificate of Completion? Documents are signed, however no CoC was sent.

Hello, @ELH

You Administrator can set in the account settings, Sending Settings if the Certificate of Completion will be added or not to the completion notification email.

An important point to take in consideration, if the total size of the attached files are larger than 5MB so no files will be attached to the notification email of completion.
