Routing parts of envelope to different departments.

Hello, I want to see if there is a way to send a packet of documents to a new employee, and based on the document type, have it routed to the right person or department (compliance, HRBP, you, etc.), instead of everyone getting the whole onboarding experience as some of the departments do not need the whole onboarding experience packet.

I have researched on conditional routing but it appears I do not have this feature (please see picture for reference) 

Would there be another way for me to attempt this?

As I understand from your message, your Account plan doesn’t have Conditional Routing add-on? Right?

Perhaps, you would like to contact the Sales team to verify about this Add-On.

 

I thought about another feature, it’s not conditional routing, but the Document Visibility feature. However, in this case you need to manually set the documents those can be viewed by specific recipients. In general, if a recipient has something to sign or act over an agreement so he/she can see it, if a recipient doesn’t have anything to sign or act over a document in the envelope so he/she can’t see it neither received them in the final completion notification email.

You need to check if your account plan has the Document Visibility Add-On.
