Sign multiple docs in 1 envelope and download the same number of files safter completion

Hi,

 

I created 1 envelope with 2 files to be signed. 

After completion , on download, I didn’t find an option to download them separately as 2 signed files.

Can you please support ?

I understand that you are attempting to download the PDF files separately but you do not see the option. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Below are the steps outlined in the article that will guide you on how to download your documents as individual PDFs from both the email notifications (if the email received is a link and not a PDF) and your DocuSign account: Download and print a document that you received | eSignature

If the issue persists after following these steps, could you please respond to the following questions? This will help us better understand your situation and provide an accurate resolution:

  1. When did this issue start?
  2. Are those files uploaded separately within the envelope?
  3. Is the option to download separately disabled? Could you provide a screenshot of the issue? (Please remember to hide any personally identifiable information in the screenshot, as this is a public forum.

Ok, thanks for the answer.

I noticed that if I upload the 2 files 1 by 1, then, after completion I can download and in the zip file I find the 

2 documents separated.
