​The recipient received the e-mail but I input the phone number for the SMS code incorrectly, so he did not receive the code and therefore cannot sign.  One other signer has already signed so I do not want to make her sign again.  I tried to go in an edit the phone number but it does not allow me to do so.

have just started using the program have done a few tests and it is dating the form as 1 day prior not the current date? I have looked in settings and can only see how to change the format of the date that appears on the form not the date its picking up?

Is there any way to make your uploaded signature and initials more legible? When saving it in the required pixels it is very small.

One recipient has signed and the other was just supposed to review but they have gone on leave and are holding up the process. Can I just remove them from having to review?

​We'd like to get completed status when one of the recipients opens the signed document. If we set 'Need to review' for all the recipients, we can get completed status only after all the recipients view the document. Your advice would be highly appreciated.

How to setup an engineer to sign and seal using Docusign

I'm new as of today using the trial version. This is a workflow / template question for an existing PDF form we use in our film and television production business. I can upload if you want. Same form over and over is what we use.Standard procedure workflow is for us to send the form to the point of contact (Production Manager/Coordinator) who fills out 95% of the form and signs as Person Filling Out Form. The most important signature is the Producer who completes the credit card portion of the form, essentially the responsible party. Basically, I need to have the PM fill out the form and them send it to the Producer for the final signature. I typically will not have the Producer's contact info or even their name when I send the form.How would I do this in my Template? I've searched but have not found this scenario.Thank you! Robert

I'm trying to set up a scenario where someone sends a form to be filled out and signed, but I'd like some of the fields to be restricted in a sense that only specific users (and the person who filled it out) can view it. I'd like other people to be able to view the form in general, just not see specific fields. Example, user "A" sends form to member "B" who fills it out and it's sent to user "C" who also has to sign it. Is there a way I can restrict certain fields so only "B" and "C" can see them?

​Is there a way to create templates for forms that have a lot of text spaces and check boxes, etc. so that we can transfer the marked areas that require data to be entered onto the forms we are sending to our clients?We cannot use the template itself to send since each file we send has a specific escrow number.Thank you.

I need to have the same several people sign, date and initial documents on a recurring basis. Each day the documents they need to sign are identical except for the fact that digits and amounts vary between each document. The format of the document is the same every day--field locations, initial blocks, signature blocks, are all the same, every day. However some of the data in the documents such as dates, numbers, etc. are different each day. Therefore I need to create a template for field locations--NOT a document template. That is, I need to be able to upload a new and different document each time, and then apply my field location template to the document after I upload it. How do I do that?Imagine a sales contract where you have a buyer purchasing goods at a different price each day. The contract is the same each day, the signature and initial blocks are the same each day, but the price is different. I need a template I can apply to such a document each day.

The form has both text fields and 100+ radio buttons of which only 5-7 are applicable to the selected person - ie ranges of compensation, net worth, number of dependents, etc. I have pre-selected the answers, but want the ability of the client to change along with edit text fields. Hence, want to sent the doc as is for editing and signature. If I give recipient editing control all the buttons are turned on, pre-selections lost and comes back with all buttons with an X. Thanks
