I send out contracts, but need to edit fields specific to the contract (price, address). These fields change for each recipient.

Yes you can add to or update fields prior to sending the envelope. If you are using a Template, here are the steps.
1) Find the Template and select "Use"
2) Select Advanced Edit, typically near the bottom.
3) Select Next which places you on the fields or tags screen.
4) From here you click on the field in question and add text or add text through the right side box called "Add Text". For Radio buttons , dropdowns, and checkboxes you need to go to the right side control panel to select the choice prior to sending.
