when I try to create a template. I get  Note: Your access to templates is controlled by your user permissions, as defined by your Docusign administrator. If you cannot create or edit, or even use templates, check with your administrator. However, I am the only user. Do I need a higher package to create a template or have I been setup incorrectly? I used docusign through a third party (REIQ).ThanksPeter

I’m new as an Admin to DS and new to DS in general and while I understand how to create a template, how does the sender add customized information to the template before sending?  We have templates that have the same body but require many fields completed internally first; different company names, locations, rate of pay and other highly specific fields that the sender needs to fill out within the template prior to sending out for review and approvals.For example, we hire ABC company, sender pulls up the template for that region but needs to fill in all the specific contract information, then sends the envelope out for review/signature.  The edits to the template are done internally and would be needed prior to sending out envelope.Happy to watch a training video for that specifically if there is a link.

I am frequently reviewing 200+ page documents, many of which contain boilerplate language, so there are 4-5 sections that are important for me to ensure the document contains them.  It would be so much easier if I could search the .pdf, rather than scrolling through all of the pages.  Does anyone know of a way to make this happen or an another way to search a document for specific text before I sign it?  Thanks!

I have a document that is partially signed that I need to update a recipient email address for.  They have not opened or signed it yet. However, in the Sent folder, clicking on the menu (three dots), there is no “Correct” option…?? I referred to this (https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item) but there is nothing between the Move & Copy options.

Hi All,I have created a template application that requires the applicant to have a Guarantor & Witness.If Applicant DECLINES to sign – the workflow still sends the application to the Guarantor? How do I stop this? I would think IF the first point of the workflow declines this would be the end of the workflow? I have attactched my signing order, which works great unless the applicant Declines.  How do I make the Guarantor & Witness to be restricted to View only without changing the applicants access to view only? I essencially want mutiplue applicants to be able to collaborate but the 2 witnesses to only be able to View the information completed on the application. I have tried changing only the Witnesses to View Only however as colaboration is ticked it changes all to View Only.  we want reminders on for the Witnesses to avoid a hold up for completion, but we don’t want notifications to go to the Applilca

I need to edit a lot of templates to change one signer to another. Is there a “change all” option where I can select a signer’s name, then mass change all templates they are a signer on and change it to the new person?

Is there an option to download multiple envelopes at once?Can a user download all the envelopes in their account simultaneously, or is downloading one envelope at a time the only available option? Best regards,Ilse

Is the DocuSign server having an issue today? I just sent an envelope to four different people and the envelope failed. The error message says that all email addresses bounced. I’ve rechecked the addresses and even reentered them all. Same thing. Three addresses are gmail accounts; one is a yahoo account. Can anyone help with this?

I purchased the Docusign plan for 5 envelopes per month, but I’ve used only 1 during the month of June. When does the envelope supply replenish?

If I find a minor mistake on forms that have been placed in an envelope and sent to my clients how do I make changes within the envelope?

When I initiate a new signing, my username isn’t displayed on the email.  It’s supposed to say “Mary Golding via DocuSign” but just displays the docusign email address.  If I resend the same envelope, void, correct or delete it, the username is displayed correctly.  See the email inbox screenshot.   I’ve reached out to tech support multiple times and they have no resolution.   

Is there a way to add the Approve button automatically to the envelope? Please let me know if further clarification is needed.  Thank you,Nancy

The above link is out of date.  This is such a basic need and yet so very difficult to assertain from the docusign documentation. Please advise

I use the same template for signature signing numerous times a day. Today, however, when i “Replaced” the template with the document i wanted to send for signing, it is saving all documents with the template name and i can’t tell the difference between any documents i have sent, since they are all converting to the template name and not the file name. how do i fix this?

I have a document which is being signed by 19 different parties.  One party has signed and was selected to specify its own witness.  It seems, by error, the signee has signed (last week) but has entered their own details as the witness (but haven’t signed as a witness).  Is it possible to cancel the original signature and resend to be signed and witnessed together?

Hello - I signed up for a free trial to test the system out. I sent an envelope to myself and another person as a test but neither of us received an email notification letting us know we have a document to sign. If I buy the service, will an email notification go to the person I want to sign the document. I'm skeptical now. Thanks.

How to make Electric name seal (Electric Hanko)through making the contract sheets?

Hi everyone,How can I see contracts that been sent by someone else while i’m NOT the first signer? Right now when somebody sends a contract and i’m the 2nd signer I will not know about the contract until it will be my time to sign. It doesn’t show under “Waiting for others” as well. Thanks!

Hi Team, Have referred to the following https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=srv1583277356044.html&_LANG=enusin an to attempt to Lock the recipient name in some templates I hold, however cannot see any option to Limit this?Could you assist with further steps on how to have this enabled?  I can get as far as Settings -> Signing Settings -> However, cannot see the following options: Signature Adoption Configuration -> Lock Recipient Name I am an admin on our Docusign account too.  Thanks,
