Hello,
What should we do when we have errors displaying the fields inserted in the documents?
Errors on the first and last name, and the color code of the signatories is not respected, even reversed!
We've cleared the browsing history and checked the language used, but the problem persists.

Is this happening in our eSignature platform? Or are you using an integration?

 

Was this working as expected before?
