Error or inversion of custom fields inserted in documents to be signed

Hello,What should we do when we have errors displaying the fields inserted in the documents?Errors on the first and last name, and the color code of the signatories is not respected, even reversed!We've cleared the browsing history and checked the language used, but the problem persists.Thank you in advance for your helpSophie D.
