I have corrected a bulk send multiple times to extend the expiration date but it keeps reverting back to the original expiration date. has anyone experienced this? How can I correct it?

I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to correct your Bulk Batch’s expiration date, but I will assist you in solving the issue.

 

To start troubleshooting, please try again through a different device, network, and browser. It is important to try these options separately, as they may lead us to the root cause of the issue. Another thing to try would be correcting the expiration date for a single envelope in Agreements>Sent, this will allow us to verify if the bulk send feature is the one affected, or the envelopes themselves.
