Creating a template / Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.

Question

Hi together,

We are trying to send an envelope to docusign via the ELO integration. We receive an error message, when the action “Send envelope” is triggered.

“Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.”

In this post it seems as we would need a template with a signature tab:

Sadly we are not too familiar with creating templates.

Does someone have a sample template that we could use for a test case?
