Hi together,

 

We are trying to send an envelope to docusign via the ELO integration. We receive an error message, when the action “Send envelope” is triggered. 

“Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.”


In this post it seems as we would need a template with a signature tab:
 

 

Sadly we are not too familiar with creating templates.

 

Does someone have a sample template that we could use for a test case?

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting an error when trying to send an envelope, I understand you are trying to send the envelope via an integration.

Can you provide more information?

  • Does the integration generate the document? 
  • Is the document something you manually upload?
  • Or is it a template you can select from Docusign?
  • Does the integration take you to the Docusign envelope preparation screen or does it send automatically when the document is added?
