How do you get a live agent to chat with?

Where can I find a library of existing NDA or Intellectual Property agreements templates?

Our team manages a very long DocuSign Contact List.  There’s no “next page” button to help page the full contact list and the full list is not displayed.  Are there options for this?  Also the team would like to export the full contact list for cleanup.  Any options for this?

If I remove a user, do any envelopes, documents or folders originating from this user get deleted from our account?

Is there a way to make two fields either/or? The example we use most often is a text box where people can put in the name/organization that they want to be recognized as, or a text box they initial to indicate that they’re anonymous. I make both text boxes optional, but sometimes people fill in both. How can we make it so they are allowed to complete only one of these two fields?

Hi,We sometimes have documents that there is a couple of different people that needs to sign, and me as a sender of the document need to be able to go in to the document and see the “status” to see which signatures are missing so i can remind the people, and which signatures that are already done. But now when i log in i can only see “in progress”. Is there any way to change this so that I can see the progress?

We’re using a Powerform template and the CC’d recipients are unable to open the signed document.  They click on it and it spools and never allows them to open.  Is there something we’re missing? 

I have requested for subscription cancellation for August 2024. However, I am still being charged. I have redo the cancellation request for September 2024. Please ensure my card no longer being charged for September 2024. 

ACCESS DOCUMENTS with code - there is no button on top right that other answers have said. We need to urgently sign documents from our bank. Where is an option to access these documents now that we are logged in? Getting super frustrated :( 

When documents are being signed, for some reason the title and signature are running into each other and the name appears to be superimposed on itself but not in exactly the ame place, at least 2x. How does this get fixed? This is now the 3rd document from different people that this has occurred?

If I add someone as “Allow to Edit” manager, does this person need to open and acknowledge the envelope? I added my colleague as “Allow to Edit” at the end of the workflow, but because this person did not “open” the envelope, the entire thing was voided. I was under the impression that “Allow to Edit” just gives someone the ability to edit the envelope on behalf of the requester in case of need.

In the body of the Certificate of Completion that you receive after a doc is fully executed/signed there are several paragraphs of the ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE section that have a former employee’s name in them as a point of contact that I need to change.  Who do I contact to make that change or How can I make the change myself?  (Image removed due to personal information)

I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a  Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

I have a business account in Docusign. The address in the profile is our correct address where the business has been located for 3 years.  However, I notice that on signature certificates, the address for our business shown is one we were at, 3 years ago.  The profile is correct and has been for 3 years, but all summary documents are recording an old address and I have no idea how to change that - other than updating the profile.  But it is already correct.  Hope you can help ta.

Hello, I'm looking for a solution to create a template for an envelope. Being a beginner in the use of the Docusign tool, I haven't managed to do what I need.I regularly have envelopes signed, in which I have to enter 2 contracts whose contact details, rates and signatories are changed each time a new envelope is created. The signatories of both contracts are the same for the same envelope.When I create my template, with my two documents and the various elements to be completed and signed, everything goes smoothly. However, when I use the template for signing, it only applies to the first document and not to the second, which also makes up the envelope. I tried a number of different ways:- Creation directly from my template tab- Creation with automatic template detection- Creation and manual addition of the templateBut each time, only my first document benefits from what is defined by my two document template. Would you have a solution or a trick to rectify this, please? Thank you in a

I have an employee that is no longer with the company but customers are still receiving notices.  Am I missing something?

Is an agreement through DocuSign legally binding if only the recipient signed it?  I was sent an agreement from a contractor which I signed however despite a signature line for the contractor, they never signed it.  Even in the History page it doesn’t show they completed it.  The last completion shown in my signature.

Is anyone else having issues with pdfs on their shared access accounts? Users are experiencing errors adding pdfs to a shared access account. (This is not for shared envelopes, but shared access accounts.) Their accounts previously defaulted to their individual accounts, but now default to the shared access account instead. This is a recent problem (2-3 weeks maybe).

HI all, is there somewhere i can get a demo to fully understand how i can use this.

When myself or my other signer on the account prepare a contract we sign first.  It will not let either one of us sign.  I hit the [SIGN] button and the working circle just goes and goes and we are never able to sign or pull up that document.  This just started happening 08-22-24.  I use this same contract several time a day and this customer is one of our larger customers that has received several contracts a month with no problems. 

Trying to prepare and send an envelope to a client.  I am currently unable to enter information and complete fields within the Envelope - the only way I can add Text is in the Add Text box to the right of the envelope.  How do I correct this?

On the home page, a new banner popped up today, reading as follows:“Your credit card expired on 08/2024. Update your billing information.” [where the last four words are underlined with the underline signifying a hot link]My credit card -- the one in use at DocuSign -- did not, however, expire on 08/2024.  How do I remedy this issue, removing the banner from my DS home page?  I tried ‘updating’ my credit card -- I didn’t change any details but did retype the credit card number and enter the latest CVV -- but the banner is still there.Richard

Is there any way to prevent unintended users from viewing a document when a DocuSign email with the “Review Documents” link is forwarded to another user?I want to prevent an unintended recipient from receiving a forwarded email containing the DocuSign document link. 

Hello, I am working on a template to create a Webform.  I have a Dropdown field that is replicated and has a unique Data Label as shown: I am getting an error message when attempting to create my Webform stating that the Dropdown Valuses must be unique.  Each option is unique.  Is the issue that the listed option and listed values are the same?  If not, can someone help me figure out how to fix this?
