Shared Access and pdf issues

Is anyone else having issues with pdfs on their shared access accounts? Users are experiencing errors adding pdfs to a shared access account. (This is not for shared envelopes, but shared access accounts.) Their accounts previously defaulted to their individual accounts, but now default to the shared access account instead. This is a recent problem (2-3 weeks maybe).

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. To clarify, your users have two accounts and they are being logged into the shared one? Are both accounts linked to the same email address? Can you provide the error that they are receiving?
