Customers still receiving notices even though docusign account is inactive

I have an employee that is no longer with the company but customers are still receiving notices.  Am I missing something?

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, can you clarify what type of notification are they receiving? Is it for new envelopes or old envelopes?
