Embedded signing with focused view not redirecting after signing

I am using the Docusign SDK in a .Net web application. I am creating an envelope and then sending the client a URL. With this URL it opens a page that uses the envelopeid to generate the signing URL and then using Docusign JS to display within the page. Everything is working except for the returnURL. Once signing is completed it just displays a blank page. Purging documents

I’m testing the API call to add an envelope to be purged. I have a completed envelope ID from one of our Dev environment. I’ve been able to successfully change the purgeState from “documents_and_metadata_and_redact_queued” to “documents_dequeued” using the API Explorer from developers.docusign.com When I try the same API call from Postman, I’m getting the following error: "errorCode": "DOCUMENT_PURGE_FAILED", "message": "Error adding documents to the purge queue. Only the sender may remove the envelope documents"I can make other successful calls using Postman. I’m the same user; that sent the envelope.Any idea what the issue is in Postman?

OAuth token not included when I do a per-envelope callback

Hi all, I have a Connect configuration set up with OAuth 2.0 enabled. When I send an envelope request using the API, and I DO NOT include the `eventNotification` section in my envelope definition, everything works as expected - an authorization token is retrieved from my OAuth provider, and then included as a bearer token in the header of the callback request (which just goes to the URL defined in the Connect configuration). However, I would like to have per-envelope control over the callback URL. To do that, I include an `eventNotification` within the envelope definition. Question regarding TextTabs in Apex Toolkit

Hello!I am currently using the Apex Toolkit to send envelopes from Salesforce and i have a question about Tabs. I have a TextTab with an hardcoded value (so i use the withValue() method) that i am attaching to a recipient. This tab is not read-only, so the recipient of the envelope can update the field. My question is: where does this tab value go once the document is completed and saved back to Salesforce? I tried looking on theDocuSign Envelope Document object and the DocuSign Envelope Recipient but i don't seem to find it. My requirement is to save back the value of this tab with a trigger on another object, so i need to be able to access those tabs and values from somewhere in salesforce.I hope i gave a clear enough explanation.Thank you

How to obtain all completed envelopes with a single API call

I am attempting to obtain all completed envelopes (received, sent, deleted (disappeared from the trash Folder), and shared) that a currently logged-in user has access to, by calling the liststatuschanges API. However, when specifying the following minimum set of parameters, only envelopes that the logged-in user has created are returned with CC'ed files, files received upon signature request, etc. missing.status=completed&include=documents,folders&from_date=2024-01-01 When folder_types=normal,inbox,sentitems was included, I was able to confirm the return of sent and received files, however, deleted files (disappeared from the trash Folder) and shared files were not returned.Is there a way to obtain all files, including deleted files, that a presently logged-in user has access to, in a single API call?

Issue with Collaborative fields

How to force signature to respect signHere tab's bounding box ?

I calling signature API with JAva SDK.I generate my PDF with itext library and I’m able to extract the correct position and dimension of some table cells in my PDF. I pass these coordinates to SignHereTabs because signers should sign on their own table row in a specific cell.Because PDF coordinates have a bottom-left origin but Docusign’s fixed-positioning coordinates have top-left origin, I reverse my “y” coordinate by subtracting it from page size to get the correct y-from-top value. Itext and Docusign coordinates values are compatible because they both use dots as unit ( = 1/72th of inch)But I have 2 issues :1) position : signHere effective position (as given to signer by Docusign signing view on their website) is about 68 or 72 pixel too low. Embedded Docusign signing_complete event

I have used embedded docusign in my implementation. Everything works fine but once user is done signing the envelope and clicks on “Finish”, it takes about 7-8 seconds for docusign to respond back with the sessionend event signing_completeSo user might get confused or think something went wrong as the screen looks like this.and after 7-8 seconds, we get the eventIs it possible for docusign to send the response within 2-3 seconds?Or else is there any event where we can show processing loader so that user is not confused?Thanks,Sweenal

Retrieving the Schwabs template id via API

I am a developer building an app for financial advisors to manage their clients electronically. To obtain signatures from the clients, I am using DocuSign. Some of the advisors are integrated with Schwab and want to use the Schwab template to create envelopes.My problem is that the Schwab template is not shareable via the GUI, and I was hoping to be able to retrieve this template, specifically 'Schwab Non-Template Envelope To Process,' to use it for creating envelopes. However, this template is not shareable, and I am not able to retrieve it when filtering by template name via the API. On the other hand, when I try this with templates I created myself, everything works fine.What is the best way to get the Schwab template ID so I can use it to create an envelope?

Reporting Processes Employed by Customers

What are DocuSign customers using to report on DocuSign envelope data, and what is the process involved? Someone out there has to be needing DocuSign data for dashboards and statistics (not found in the delivered reports).Downloading Form data is not an option because there are too many envelopes being processed by a user/area. Agreement Actions seems to have some flaws when it comes to adding or deleting fields from a previously-created spreadsheet. Retrieve is an option but the user is then left to their own devices on formatting, saving, sharing, etc. and leaves little room for standardization or automation.We are looking into DataFeed API, but that seems to bring the same effort as other solutions we have discussed (such as building a database or storing in a data warehouse, connecting to PowerBI, etc.) We have also looked into PowerAutomate (PA), but it seems that whenever changes are made in DocuSign, the same changes have to be reflected in PA as well as other products such

Passing variable values to envelope custom fields

Hi all,sorry if I missed this. My goal is to have each customer have a custom embedded document with ID verification and signing feature. To achieve that, I intend to :1/ Create an Envelope template with custom fields.2/ Write the API call to pass information to custom fields and necessary options to make ID verification and other required features. Still need to figure it out.3/ Create the iframe to embed all this.Did I break this down correctly?regarding 1/ I realized I needed to upgrade my standard plan to business pro plan to create custom fields.regarding 2/ I have not found the documentation to map out my variable values to the custom fields variables and test it. My question is, I implemented the send email in c# code(generated jwttoken and created an envelope, workflowid) and a frontend implementation, I am getting envelopeId and I am able to see the sent email in my developer account, but the mail is not receiving to their respective mails.

Question about custom fields API

I am having lots of trouble searching and finding solutions from DocuSign, Currently our Loan Origination System (we are financial Institution) does not send their mapped fields such as Account number, thru their API. I'm wondering if anyone here in the financial industry (bank or Credit Union) have any pointers on how to retrieve the LOS mapped field in order for us to file it in Cold Storage. API - DocuSign have any API to get details of maintenance or system down for processing envelops

In recent past, we have observed that, due to down time of DocuSign, multiple agreements/envelops are not processed to next state even after signer has signed it. When we dig down it, we found that, events are not received from DocuSign due to down time.Ask is:Do we have any API where it indicates the upcoming maintenance information or down time? So that we can act accordingly.
