Identifying the Account Owner in DocuSign via API

I'm currently integrating DocuSign with our application using the OAuth flow for the purpose of conducting access reviews. During this process, I've encountered a challenge in identifying the actual owner of a DocuSign account.Our integration allows for user management, including deletion. However, we want to implement a safeguard to prevent the accidental deletion of the account owner. The API documentation and current endpoints don't seem to provide a clear method for distinguishing the account owner from other administrative users.Is there an API endpoint or a recommended approach to reliably identify the original owner or primary administrator of a DocuSign account? This information is crucial for implementing proper access controls and ensuring the integrity of the account structure.Specifically, I'm looking for:1. Exporting all signed documents

Is there a way for me to download/export the PDFs of all the documents that were sent to me? I can list all envelopes, via API, but when I try to retrieve them, the ones with a URL outside my region fail. My account region is CA, which means that any documents sent by accounts from the EU or the US fail.

Query About JWT consent & Account Base URI

JWT Authentication Flow: Once user consent is obtained, I can generate a new JWT and use it to create an access token. According to the documentation, I can generate a new JWT if the access token expires without needing further user interference. Is this correct? Account Base URI: I need to get data for only one account. The documentation mentions that the base URI contains {server}. Is this base URI fixed or does it change over time for that specific account? Essentially, can I take the base URI directly from the user to avoid making a userInfo call to retrieve it? I mean get it from use and hard code in my code. is it Fine ???

Confirmation that Send With DocuSign in a Salesforce flow works

Hi team, I have a Custom button calling screen flow in Salesforce. The flow is setup to “Send with DocuSign” as per below:  I have quite extension Screen documentation for errors, and the flow completes successfully:The envelope (related to the ID I’m using above) works when I execute it directly - however, when the flow completes, I don’t get any errors, it completes, but the Envelope is not sent. If I edit the envelope template ID slightly, the flow fails - so I knwo the ID is correct… Similiarly, I know the correct object is being sent through…Is it possible to get any feedback from the APEX action so I can tell if it worked or not. As you can see the flow is designed to create an object to hold all the responses from the docuemnt - but otherwise its pretty straight forward. I can use this object to track a status if one exists!

Document Generation fields setting question

By using document generation, I added custom fields into document, set a field without required option and saved, then I requested the `https://{{docusignHost}}/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountId}}/templates/{{templateId}}` but the response of request shows that field is `"required": "True"` I don’t know whether it is right

How do i prepopulate field in a document before sending it from the eSignature Rest API

Hello everyone,I have a simple task to complete, but since I'm new to this, I'm struggling a lot.I have a contract document with several fields that need to be updated every time I call the API. UiPath : Token Expire but is not renewed : USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED

Hi,I’m using DocuSign in an RPA process using UiPath.After one hour of processing enveloppes, the connection is lost because of USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILEDI can’t find a way to renew my TOKEN as no explicit parameters is acessible, and no UiPath documentation talks about it.Please find below all of my settings:All my activities are from the DocuSign Package : UiPath.DocuSign.Activities. x-docusign-signature headers not included in the eventnotification webhook request

Im using envelope level connect keys and setting the includeHMAC to true in the eventNotification object of the envelope.This works and the x-docusign-signature headers are being sent as part of the call. We are using this with a client and initially the x-docusign-signature headers were coming through. But the x-docusign-signature headers are no longer present. Ive checked with our client and the connect key still exists for that account.Is there any reason or a configuration setting that would stop the headers coming through?

Purging documents

I’m testing the API call to add an envelope to be purged.  I have a completed envelope ID from one of our Dev environment.  I’ve been able to successfully change the purgeState from “documents_and_metadata_and_redact_queued” to “documents_dequeued” using the API Explorer from developers.docusign.com

Docusign Authentication API issue

I got this issue when trying to get access token. So I don’t know how to get code challenge and its method. I tried to search around them but nothing is suitable for my issue. It also tell me bout CODE_VERIFIER, and I’m stucking with how to get these values and solve my problem. Can we user esign without document from the integrated service?

my app have form with signature field box where he will click for sign with docusign and he should get the ui of the select sign and submit and in response he will get the signature.because form is not yet submitted we cant sent the document to docusign.is ti possible to use the esign as only the signature service ?

Populate standard fields (or prefilled fields) set in template with data from my database before sending out the envelopes to any of the recipients with the sdk or api

My use case is simple: I have a template where I’ve placed multiple text fields with unique data labels to later be populated. How to assign Template's Custom Field via API before sending a contract?

Dear, when I request a signature by email using a template by below API link 1, I found it doesn’t meation how to assign value to Custom Field in template. So I search info in docusign community as below Website link 2, but I can’t get Custom Field in my test template using below API link 3. Pre Fill tab Values from Salesforce Apex Toolkit

Hi! I have a question regarding tabs. I have a document template where i have placed some text tabs and i want to reference those tabs inside apex so that i can pre fill a value in those tabs when the envelope is sent. So i do not want to create a text tab in apex and place it on the document but i want to pre fill a tab that already exists in the document template by somehow referencing it in my apex code.Is that possible? Thank you!

AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN, The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed. Authentication for System Application failed.

I am trying to integrate DocuSign using ABAP, I am able to generate access token,with the generated access I am trying to access below API:  'https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/' lv_account_id '/envelopes'the above API is called immediately after the generated access token, I am not sure why I am getting error message,I have to complete the POC ASAP since we are planning for go-live by month end if everything goes good.Kindly help.

REST API - Creating envelope with no content

Hello, I've been tasked to build an interface with docuSign. However, my company is using ColdFusion and there isn't a whole lot of references out there for doing this. My goal right now is to send a pdf from a local drive to docuSign and have a user sign a specified location.This is my dev code so far, running this creates an envelope, but no document or recipients are attached to the envelope it creates.Any help would be appreciated.

how to redirect after user signed the document received through email, to one of my application page?

I have created document through rendering dynamic html content, and then converting into pdf through pdfkit library and sending though Api , after receiving  document on email  to review, and signing the document, I want to redirect to one of my application page, currently it is showing docusign signup page, but i want to redirect to my application page .I have somewhere read about redirectUrl concept, can anyone let me know full process for this.If any one can go through process to let me understand

JWT Authentication returning error while matching code examples

I’ve downloaded the DocuSign NuGet package, and also the code examples provided by DocuSign through the quick start for comparing.I have matched my code to the code examples downloaded within my own project. Confirmed my UserId/ImpersonationId, IntegrationKey/ClientId match from what the code examples use to what my login “Apps & Keys” have.After attempting to call the “AuthenticateWithJwt(string api, string clientId, string impersonatedUserId, string authServer, byte[] privateKeyBytes)” I get an ApiException of “Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: ”I’ve followed through the documentation on https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/jwt/jwt-get-token/ When using POSTMAN I’m able to get an access token. However, so far I’ve been unsuccessful in getting the DocuSign NuGet package code to work. I’ve tried searching around the forums for any reference to the error response I’m getting with no success.Any help in pointing me in the
