Can not go-live to production

1. pass the go-live review,

2. then select a go-live account,input the production email

3.input password

then get error, does anyone have idea?

could you do it again and share the screenshot of network in the chrome developer model? it should not redirect to account-d.docusign.com. the  product url is account.docusign.com.

Hi Hengfen,

  1. I go-live from app-d.docusign.
  1. input the production email/password
  2. then get error as above

I'm guessing the reason for the jump to the demo's URl might be because it needs to be authorized again?Or when we pass the go-live review, we still have to wait for a period of time for the docusign human review.

Did anyone find a solution for this other than submit a case? We are having difficulties promoting from this.

Another customer meet this issue last week and I create a case. This is the reply from support team, hope can help you.

I've taken a look at the information provided and it seems you encountered the error while promoting the integration key to the production account. 

To promote the integration key to the production account manually, could you please fill out this form using the name & email address of an admin of the Production Environment account the integration key should be linked to? - https://www.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=c5cc2b17-f42a-46c2-97e2-9b3af928d1c9&env=na1&acct=99c8f425-92b3-4a75-9331-939579ffd686

We are in the process of changing the Go-Live process so a few customers reported a similar issue at the moment but it will be fixed soon. Please let me know once the customer fills out the form.
