How does Docusign Data Verification ensure the accuracy and validity of information within documents?
What is Docusign Data Verification?
Best answer by Community Expert
Data Verification verifies signer-input information (i.e., SSN, bank account info, address) in real-time within an agreement before signature. As a result, organizations can guarantee accurate signer information and deliver a streamlined user experience, all while upholding compliance standards.
Data Verification will be available in:
- Docusign eSignature
- Envelope preparation: Data Verification fields appear under ‘Custom Fields.’ From there, document preparers can add Data Verification fields to template
- Signing experience: Signer receives real-time notifications when they input data into a Data Verification field
