Hello theres, 

I have received an agreement via email, but i accidentally adopted a incorrect signature and could not change it. Every time I refresh and try to sign the agreement, it will stick with the incorrect one. Are there any way I can do to revise it on my end or I have to ask the sender to re-send a new agreement?

If you've adopted the wrong signature in DocuSign and are unable to change it, you have a couple of options:

Option 1: Change Signature Before Completing the Document

If you haven’t finished signing the document yet, try this:

  1. Click on the signature field where your incorrect signature appears.
  2. Look for the "Adopt a New Signature" or "Change" option.
    • If available, this will let you update your signature style or draw a new one.
  3. Complete the signing process once you've corrected it.

However, if this option is not available (which is common after the first signature adoption), you will need the sender’s help.

Option 2: Request the Sender to Void and Resend

If you've already signed and submitted the document, the only way to correct the signature is for the sender to:

  1. Void the current envelope (which invalidates the incorrect signature).
  2. Send a new envelope so you can sign with the correct signature.

Let the sender know about the mistake, and they should be able to help you out. If you need guidance on asking them to void and resend, let me know!
