I was charged $130.08 on December 18th. A request to sign a document was sent from my accountant.
I have received this every year and have never been charged. I was forced to hit payment before my signature was returned. I never issue for originating a signature. Have filed a dispute with credit card company because of difficulty contacting you.

I’m sorry to hear that you were wrongly charged. Have you tried opening a case with customer support?
If it does not allow you with the normal “Open a case option”, there is another option, “I can’t access my account or invoices”, which does not require you to login to your account: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

When clicking the option it should give you the following screen which will allow you to create a case without the need of logging in:

I have downgraded paid plan to freemium in Oct-24 but still credit card has been charged for USD 340 and unable to contact Docusign support as there is no option to open a case or call or request call back in Freemium.
And I cannot see the option which you mentioned on my profile. Any suggestions on how to get refund?
