I recently changed my Real Estate brokerage and my account was deactivated. I have a huge archive under that account. I was already a subscriber before joining this brokerage and jumped on board with their DocuSign group plan. Is there a way to reactivate that account and under my full control?

It is possible to reactivate your account. Please create a support case so that you can be assisted with the reactivation.

Please don’t forget to indicate the email associated on that account and if you have the account number. 

You may follow the steps provided in the link below on how to create a support case. 

Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
