The remaining would be 96, once an envelope is sent it discounts from the remaining envelopes, it doesn’t matter if they are completed or in progress.

If I cancel the signature, will the envelope still be deducted, or will it not be reflected?

Thank you for reaching back.

Even if you cancel the signatures it will still count toward your envelope allowance as they were sent. The keyword here is “sent” all envelopes that are sent (regardless of the status) will be deducted from your total, only envelopes that are stored in drafts will not be deducted as those have not yet been sent.
