I signed a document this night at 0:40 from Paris, France, date of signature has been marked as yesterday instead of today.

I am creating a form that needs signature from a pdf file. Tis is for someone else.I want to send that form to them so they can sebd it for signature.I cannot work out how to do that.I have google and used co-pilot but am getting steps that are not available to meI am the administrator of a eSignature Business ProAny help will be welcome

We were able to use the dynamic dropdown option for multiselect when setting up a dynamic approver step initiating via DocGen.  When those applicable groups are selected, it looks for the task group associated with those approvers and assigns correctly.  What we are trying to do now is to extend that same functionality to the eSignature step.  I have tried to use the same variable we used for the approvals, but seems that the eSign cannot look into the task group to assign a user as I keep getting the error that an email has not been defined.Can I somehow apply the same logic but to a signature step where it can identify and assign a signer?  Or is this not possible and need to be executed manually?  This is a dynamic selection and could be different every time this form is submitted.  Thank you!

If a contract gets signed in eSignature (stand alone document), is there a way to feed that document back to CLM so it can be part of the overall file structure built in CLM?

I have a webform I created and have a few questions regarding it and the signing session that is generated after completion of the form. When I copy the URL to complete the webform, it is the same URL each time.  Do i use the same URL for every person I want to send to, or is there another method I’m supposed to be using to send it to different people to complete the webform? When someone is completing the webform, how do they save progress if they want to come back to it later, I’m not seeing that option? When the docusign signing session opens up, if I click on Finish Later, I’m not seeing any emails that come to me to allow me to restart the session?  Upon starting the webform completion, there is an individual name and email address I enter that as I understand is used for the webform and docusign session, but I don’t get any emails that I input there.

Hi Everyone! I am trying to create a simple workflow with maybe 1 or 2 steps to combine two documents together. One is a document an individual will upload and will be different every time. The second is a static document that is stored in clm.  I don't need anything to be sent out for signature, this is just a simple flow that I am trying to get to work.  These two documents are supposed to be combined together under the Combined Documents  So, the testing document is supposed to be under the same tab as combined documents.  Any suggestions? 

Hi, I’m seeking information on how you customise the Email Subject to include the customer name when creating a bulk send. I understand how to do this for individual templates (and are using successfully), but am not having success adding into the bulk send template.The reason is that signed agreements will come into a Shared Mailbox, and I need the multiple users to be able to easily identify which customer the envelope is from (without opening). I have read the related articles in the DocuSign support material and watched numerous Youtube videos, but none address this. Is there specific data you need to add into the CSV file to get this to work. Thanks in advance.Patricia

Good day I created a web form that is associated with a template. It works as expected, except I notice that when a user fills out and completes the form, I am being emailed a confirmation of the e-signature along with attachments (the signed form, and any attachments the user uploaded).I want the email to be generated, but I want it to go to a different email address. On the template’s “Add recipients” section, the first signer (which is set to “Needs to Sign”) is “Requesting User” and email is blank (assuming the applicant is to complete the form). The second signer is the role and email address I want to get the response after the user has submitted the form. That second signer is set to “Receives a Copy” and the address is hardcoded into the “Delivery” section.How might I accomplish this? 

When I click support it asks me to login. When I login it says 'unable to log in’ if this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other login scenarios, contact docusign support for assistance. I click ‘contact docusign support’ and get stuck in a loop. I have been a customer for around 3 years now and this has always been the case since I created my account.I tried to phone their office and spoke with an AI that said it could not connect me to a human and if I needed support I should go to support on their website. No wonder this company has such a terrible trustpilot score. If you would like to know my reason for contacting support, it is that when I signed up for Docusign it clearly stated that I had unlimited envelopes, as per the screenshot below:

Hello,I was reviewing one of the templates in Docusign and I noticed an envelope ID on the top document before it was even signed, any suggestion on what happened or if there is setting that I need to turn off?Can the API embed the envelope ID into the PDF document when preparing the envelope?   Best regards,Emad

Hi Community, Is there a way to search empty/blank folders in CLM and create a rule to delete them. I wil be learning about WorkFlows next week but woud like to know if any of you have enounterd this issue.

I was presented with a copy of an agreement that alleges I signed via Docusign but the envelope ID does not show up in any folder in my portal that I use. I have searched by date and envelope ID and nothing appears. How do I get the certificate of completion to see where the document was sent and what email signed off using my name?

Hi I'm trying to setup a Bulk CSV template. It's a bit tricky. Basically, Party A (my staff) aren't allowed to know the information for Party C (New clients) until Party B has them sign the document provided by Party A. Essentially, I need Party B to be able to add their CSV to template initiated by Party A and send the Template to about 50+ different Party C.Is there anyone to do this?

We received an email from DocuSign about the GLOBAL40 promo code. It mentions that the promo applies only when purchasing a new account under an annual subscription. Since an annual plan already provides around a 44% savings compared to the monthly plan, we wanted to confirm — if we apply the promo code, will the discount stack with the annual plan discount, or does only one discount apply?

hello everyoneI need your help.I didn't see any custom field validation method in the official documentation. Is there a good way to set validation? Or can I write code on docusign for validation?

I raised an issue with my unlimited envelope account on 16th September where I could not send any envelopes as I had exceeded my limit - despite having an unlimited account. They (eventually) came back to me saying I had sent too many in a month and it would reset in 2 days. That was 25th September and here we are now still unable to send envelopes. I constantly chase them and it has now been sent to an internal engineering team but I have heard nothing since 3rd October. This is massively affecting our ability to trade and we have now sought out alternative providers for e signatures to ensure that we can operate our business legally. Where is the support? How can I escalate this as this is not acceptable?

 Am I allowed to make a correction on a contract after the document signature has been completed?  If so, please advise how to do that?  I’m aware of making a correction before sending for signature but I don’t see anything that would allow me to make a change after the signing was completed. 

HelloWhen I upload a correctly filled CSV file in Docusign Bulk Send, many international language characters get unrecognized by the system and I need to retype / copy & paste each one of them - when doing a bulk send to dozens of recipients it can be a nightmare.Any tip to avoid this happening? Is there some way to integrate special characters of different languages into the system so it recognizes them and does not mess up with repeated question marks symbols?Thanks

We started seeing duplicate reports sent out starting last Friday and repeating this Friday, despite this report has been running for over one year with no problems. Hello, I need urgent help please. I have been using DocuSign integrated with SharePoint for a year now and all has been fine until now. whenever i try to get a signature through SharePoint to DocuSign it comes up with the following error above. any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Alex

A welcome modal displaies the ERSD content and any messages from the sender, before entering the agreement. This window provides no added value for our customers; on the contrary, it leads to numerous queries and unsigned documents.I request an option to disable/remove this window via the administration.

Doing spreadsheets this year for 2024 taxes, and there it is...again. $325.00 charge from DOCUSIGN. I haven’t used Docusign in over 3 years and downgraded both my account years ago to free versions. There is NO help in cancelling an account. The entire process is circular and frustrating, meaning the end-user keeps ending up at the same place with error codes (when trying to login) and non-functional webpages.I’ve requested Docusign to cancel my account previously. Nothing. No messages, and no notifications. I’m not even being notified of annual billing by email. There’s no receipts or invoices. Users are being charged with ZERO recourse.When I log into my account it says “FREEMIUM” as the version and yet I’m still being charged.I’ve even changed my debit card information, and somehow DOCUSIGN is still getting around this and charging. This is downright criminal and grounds for a class-action lawsuit.
