We use DocuSign for our employment contacts. We ask certain questions that we may want to follow up on some answers, such as disabilities (in order to understand whether we need to put any additional resources in palce). is there a way to set up an alert or email if certain check boxes are ticked? This would help us to identify which new employees we should be reaching out to.  Currently we’re downloading and looking at each contact, which is time consuming when we have over 70 new starters per week.

Hi Folks, Hope you are having a great day, We are currently using DocuSign to send loan documents to customers, however the Loan System only allows for the person to sign in and send as individuals to recipients which they can respond based on the person who send the document. Is there away to prevent recipient from seeing the person’s email address or possibly substitute the senders email with a no-reply email? Thanks for your help

We use 100 plus envelopes a month is there a more cost effective option than the pro plan

It used to be that the STATUS column would indicate how many people it had been routed to, with the number of remaining people listed. Now it only has a vague progress bar, and the number of people remaining. I do not find this helpful, as I need to know how many have already seen the document. It is possible to change my setting somewhere? Or to go back to the original status indications?  

Hello.  I am a final recipient of a Docusign form that will also include an Excel spreadsheet separately.  I understand that typically, this spreadsheet gets converted to a PDF, which doesn’t allow me to edit/input some numbers into the sheet, which I need to do as a final step. Is there a way for me to receive the actual spreadsheet (Excel), or convert it back, or any other ideas on how I can input some numbers into a few fields, short of doing text boxes (which I call a Band Aid)?  Thanks

Which Version of Docusign do I need for RON signings?  I also need the verify option too for ID’s. 

I am adding text and checkboxes to a rather large application form and now it has suddenly stopped letting me add anything to the form! I have saved and logged out etc but when I go to start again with entering text and checkboxes it now deletes anything I try to add? Any ideas anyone?

How can two recipients download same completed document (PDF), and one of them has missing (blank) pages.  Am suspecting PDF settings.  Any ideas?

suddenly it was not working UK country and it is working for other country ex. India so what is issue ? and facing this error :  “System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be processed at this time.” 

I am trying to set my account up so that I can sign into my account and just see all of the documents that have been sent to me from outside senders for signature.  The goal is to eliminate the need to go to each document directly from the email notification that I have received a document for signature.  Is there a way to do this?Basically, I don’t want to receive emails from DocuSign, I just want to log in and see everything I need to sign and sign them.  Thanks!

Wow - not the easiest but a simple question.I don’t use or need DocuSign but maybe 2 months a year.  As a NAR member can I upgrade from free to the NAR Realtor for maybe 2 months on the monthly plan and then cancel that plan and automatic billing?

We are currently exploring elastic templates and want to better understand versioning as well as how to maintain the different templates incl. versioning. For eSignature, we are creating for every major version a new template. The templates are created on sandbox and after successful testing uploaded to production. When I was downloading and uploading elastic templates, I realized that the uploaded template always starts with version 1.0 and no version history is available. We are now wondering, how we should best work with elastic templates, because we wanted to use the versioning functionality from DocuSign for elastic templates, but continue download and upload of templates to reduce double work as well as ensuring no human errors in case we would need to perform changes on production directly instead of “transporting” tested templates.Are there any best practices recommended by DocuSign?

My documents are not being received by the signer I have done several tests on my own emails, and they are not being received.  Its shows they were sent in the history. How do you get help from customer service with this issue or can anyone help with this issue.  Thank you.

I have a document where the signer has to complete one of two sections, so I can’t make these fields mandatory because they only need to complete one, and only they will know which one needs to be compelted.  These fields are currently set as Optional, but that means the Signer can skip right past them, how to I get the to complete one of the two options?

I upgrade to the Pro options so that I can access to the attachment field and now I can find it all when I am creating envelopes to send out for e signatures. 

I can’t save one of the new documents that was just approved. I keep getting:Could not convert string to decimal: true. Path 'room.additionalInformation.sellerConcession'. Reopening Form Fill Session. Any Ideas?  

Do recipients automatically get copy of fully executed document?  If so, how can I stop this?

Hey all. I’m new to Docusign and can’t seem to figure this out.I have a template for a simple agreement document. There are blank fields that I will be manually putting new information in (recipient name, package details and price, start date, billing date, etc.).Ideally, I will manually put in all the information, and the client will simply have to click to sign when they review the document.However, I can’t get the information to be visible in both recipient previews (mine and the client’s).I’m using text fields, typing the information in, and setting the fields to “read only.” Still, the client preview is blank.I’m sure this is simple and that I’m just missing something; surely there’s a way for the client to see the information they’re agreeing to.Any help is greatly appreciated! I received an email that an author I know sent me a document to sign on Docusign.  So I created an account.  But I still couldn’t find a way to access the document.  Today I can’t even log in using the account info I just created yesterday.  The site said they were sending me a verification via email.  Never received that.  I asked to resend the code.  Still not received.  I hope this document isn’t too important because it looks like I’m never going to see it.
