Is there a way that i can download a csv or xml or report for a configured intake form and review the field properties set for all the fields in an intake form?

I am afraid but there is no way to get the information. All you can do is to create it manually or create the workbook so that in future you can refer it.

Thank you for the confirmation Pawan. I believe this is something we would need to raise with Docusign team as this makes it easy to perform checks before Move to Productions hassle free and rid of human mistakes.
