Hi,
I am trying to upload a public key to my account so I can connect via SFTP but no matter what type key pair I create I get the following error when uploading the public key to my account:
An error occurred while uploading your certificate. Please try again later.
Any idea on what could be wrong or does anyone know what type of key it needs?

In particular, making sure the public key is formatted as stated in the article?

Thank you! I was using puttygen and that did not seem to create what it wants, but late yesterday got some help from support and was pointed to creating the keypair from within my demo environment and that seemed to work.
