Display selected values in Docusign CLM Multiselect Attribute dropdown Field in docusign clm

I have configured a Docusign CLM Multiselect Attribute Field in the intake form. Currently, after selecting the options, it only shows the number of selected options (e.g., 2 options selected). However, i would like it to display the actual values selected instead of the count in the form. Please advise.

Thanks for your response. The values are picking up correctly in the workflow. I would like to know if the values will be visible in the intake form itself. Please see the screenshot below- I have selected two options from the dropdown, it shows 2 values selected right. I would like to know if there is a way that the form would display the selected values instead of the number.

No, unfortunately in the Doc Gen, Intake form the multiselect drop down come with this capability only. But what more you can try but not sure about the result, raise one support ticket asking the same question.

One workaround: Instead of this you use the “Checkbox” field type. this will help you to show the options though that might will require some work to do in workflow.

Hello ​@Aishwarya Konki,

First you configure the attribute as a “Dynamic Drop Down” right. Secondly can you tell, how are you updating the attribute value? if you are updating in workflow then try this universal syntax for basic purpose.


syntax= <%#Params.Department%>, (Department is the filed-on intake form)
