Our company has just implemented CLM and I found myself wondering about the use of forms and templates in the document generation section.We have four different documents that are generated in CLM:standard contract standard amendment to an existing contract events (when our company hires an entertainment company for a specific period) custom (the user fills out a form but the legal instrument is going to be specifically built for this request)Those consulting partner responsible for the initial setup decided to create, for each of those described above:1 Configuraton 1 Template 1 FormBut when I started to study more about the logics of CLM, I realized that the system allows me to create different combinations of forms and templates (Word files) and use those combinations in various configurations.I am aware the each configuration can start only one workflow. But besides that I don’t see anything that stops me from unifying some of my documents in the same form, and therefore in the sam

Hi ,  We receive a lot of envelops in CLM from e-signature, however, some of the completed and signed envelops dissapear in transit and we are sometimes not abe to retrieve them. Is there a log on what happens when envelops are sent from e-sginature. Thank You. Regards, Farayi

Hello All, I’m having a big issue/problem when I download approx. 150 pages for a real estate purchase. I first make sure all the documents are downloaded, and then I install all the receipts that need to be signed and initialed.   Then I start dragging the cursor to highlight the areas that need signatures and initials, dates, etc...I get into the documents around 100 pages, then a page (sometimes several pages) will not download and looks like a fuzzy white cloud/blue sky/land which screws up the whole process. Does anyone know why this happens? It’s so frustrating and a waste of time.

Hello,I have created a dashboard of a custom workflow step report. The dashboard is showing a workflow status of ‘failed’; however, I have aborted the workflow and my admin workflow activity page shows the same workflow aborted. Any tips how to sync these up? I want failed in my dashboard, but not aborted. Thanks!

Hi,I have created within DocuSign lot of groups that are used to set the correct folder security for each user.Our goal is to roll out DocuSign CLM throughout the company. A lot of users, a lot of folders and a lot of confidential documents.  A big concern is how to deal with this. Managing the groups within DocuSign is one option. Is it an option to manage the groups at Microsoft level and sync with DocuSign ? Are there any best practices on this topic ?Thanks for your input.  

Hi, I have a situation where I want to use Column A of CSV to generate dynamic dropdown attribute and use Column B later in the workflow to map Column A values (but not as an attribute or dropdown.) Is there a way (perhaps using Reg Express? Customize?) to narrow the dynamic dropdown to only Column A? Or do I have to maintain 2 separate csv - one for dynamic dropdown and the other for mapping? 

Hi,The issue is when contracts are generated using Workflows the emails are sent by a user. The requirement is to send the contracts depending upon the salesforce Environments - Dev/QA/Prod by (admin of that environment for example dev@ABC.com for Dev environmentor QA@ABC.com for QA environment or prod@ABC.com for Production)Anyone any idea how to accomplish this?Thanks!

We have two envelopes, orginiated from templates, that are being returned to the first signer after the secdond signer has completed their task, instead of going to the sender. If you’ve had this happen before, what was the cause/fix? 

I have just joined an ongoing project which is on the configuration stage of DocuSign CLM. As we’re planning for next steps, repository, we’re told that DocuSign has no capability to bulk upload documents. I have evaluated a lot of CLM solutions in the past and this didn’t seem an issue, has anyone else had the same experience or have you been able to upload bulk documents? If yes, how many at a time. Thank you in advance! 

I want my form to have format of “DD ‘DAY OF’ MMMM YYYY” for my document. However, doing this format, I cannot get my date attribute to appear correctly. I have tried to make my variable both a date and text and have tried the formatted and unformatted version of my form field, but no luck. Any tips?

About a week ago contracts, agreements pricing, and even voided envelopes have started being resent automatically, even though no one internally has requested. For example, I’ve the same completed new customers agreement come through multiple times via email. Not sure what is causing this or how to fix it. 

Are any SpringCM administrators using it to track Trademark (and other IP) registrations?  If so, do you have any recommendations for how to set up Attributes? Been using DocuSign for almost a decade, but new to SpringCM.

I’m trying to review the new environment in demo to see if I need to update any of our workflows. I can see the new headers from some screens, but when I try to navigate to home it reverts back to the old UI. Anything I’m missing?

I have the 5 envelope plan. I needed to change the recipient, but it won’t allow me to do that, so I had to delete the envelope. Do I get that envelope back? Or is that just a waste of one of my 5?

Hi all, I’m creating a new eform and have a text field which I’d like to show as N/A by default unless the text is changed by the person inputting. When I put in N/A into the Default value and save it’s coming up with an error each time.   Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can resolve?  If the inputter clicks no to business approvals I want the form to default to N/A otherwise it comes out as blank.    Thanks

I there a way to see the Folder ID that is connected to a Salesforce Object for DocuSign CLM? 

Does anyone know how to add a wildcard at the end of the folder path so that it also looks for subfolders? I am using "Find Documents by Metadata" but the include subfolders option is not available and I want the system to review all folders within.

Has anyone used a funnel graphic to illustrate total number of documents at every stage of review and signatory lifecycle?
