CLM - CC to send a copy of the contract to other people besides the reviewer.

Question

I would like to send the contract attachment for external review, both to the reviewer who will make the changes and to the people I include for notification. Is there a simple way to enable this in CLM?

Hi ​@Jenifer_caq!In CLM, only one person can act as an external reviewer (reviewing/editing the document) at a time. If you use the "notify too (cc)" function in the External Review step, these people will only receive a notification, but they will not receive the attached document. This is because the external reviewer will make all the changes "offline" and then upload a new version.If this text notification already meets your needs, you can use this feature. However, if you want other people to receive the attached document, my suggestion is to add the "Email Document" step before and/or after the External Review step.
