CLM

We are limited to the number of CLM licenses that we have and can’t have the submitter to complete human steps that require licenses so i am sending an email to the customer from the approver if we need changes.  The customer would need to respond with the changes they want.  Can the response be included in the workflow so that its not outside of workflow?

Many of our documents (typically leases) have multiple actions required throughout the duration of the lease. For example, environmental assessments are required every three years on specific dates or insurance renewals are required.How do we Set up reminders that these deadlines are approaching?  Set up the ability to confirm the action is complete? 

We recently converted from SpringCM to Docusign CLM and I am not sure of the difference between these two products.  The layout is essentially the same, so what does CLM do that SpringCM didn’t or couldn’t do?

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how to fix this filename issue? In the workflow, I moved a document that was manually uploaded to CLM into a specific folder and included it in the signable documents for the send-for-signature step. The issue is that after the recipient signs the document and it's converted to PDF, the signer receives a copy with the ".docx" extension in the filename. This problem only occurs with manually uploaded documents in CLM, not with documents generated by CLM. Does anyone know how to remove the ".docx" extension after the document is converted to PDF? Thank you in advance!

Within the workflow, the steps would be as follows:DocuSign AI Find Party (assuming the AI will fill in the party's name) Move Document or, if the party does not exist, add a step to create the PartySo, that’s the little summary.Does anyone have a similar case?

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how we typically use the Parallel Execution method in the For-each Loop step in CLM workflow? It doesn’t make sense to me, as the variables we use can be overwritten, and I’m unable to use the iterator variable for unique values. Did I miss anything in how it's supposed to be used? I’m asking because I’m considering using it to speed up a looping process by executing tasks at the same time. Thank you in advance!

I am trying to figure out how i can get a CSV file updated.  I have an http client step in my workflow to get some information and i would like to be able to put that info that was returned in the step, into a csv.  I haven’t been able to find out were to do that within clm workflow.

Hi everyone, when executing a CLM Document report the “Add Filters” screen does not show all columns (attributes) that have been configured to display in the report. Example: I can select “Add Filters” and have the option to apply filters on Document Name, Created Date, Status, Amount. However, I also have other attributes included that are not appearing in the “Add Filters” screen. The attribute I am missing is customized and configured as “Users and Groups”. Is there a limitation in CLM reporting to display specific attribute types in the “Add Filters” screen or is there additional configuration required?

Hi All,I am trying to figure how is the Effective Date of a contract calculated by CLM.This data is not an attribute (it does not appear in the Attribute Mapping csv file) but appears in the “Agreement Details” you see on the top left of your screen when you click on the Atrributes button.I looked at the workflows and did not see any information on how this date is calculated.The issue we have is that this date is systematically put as the signature date, while we have contracts applying retroactively. So I want to be able to change this rule and have the effective date being the real effective date and not the signature date when need be, but I can’t find where to change it!Thanks for your help!

We have setup DocuSign Integration with third party CLM Application for Signature purposes. We are facing two issues: Email ID from which email is received for signature is different for certain of set of users. Where in DocuSign setting can we see the configuration so that we can modify it to keep the email id consistent from user experience perspective. When we receive the email, company logo has certain pixel and size but it changes after we sign the document. How do we avoid such changes.

A new user account was setup recently with SSO. This was incorrect as it is a shared mailbox so we only have SSO for normal users.  How can I change this? Do I have to close the account and try to set up a new one or will the fact the email address already exists, even though it would then be on a closed account, prevent me from doing so?

Hi everyone!I’m having an issue with creating a workflow and would like to ask for your help. In the form, there are emails from some subscribers that appear correctly in my params. However, when I convert them into variables, they simply disappear. As a result, at the end of the flow, when I try to submit for signing, the fields are empty. What could be the issue?

I would like to keep this email from being sent for a specific brand.  I have looked at the signature and the email resource files and neither of them has this email showing.  Where can I edit this txt or keep it from sending upon decline to sign?

I have a use case where I need parallel approval on a document. The Approvers all belong to separate groups, I wanted to iterate through the groups and create Approval Steps for each group. What I can’t seem to figure out is how to wait for all the approvals to complete so that we can analyse the outputs and decide whether we need to send the document back or proceed. 

How can i get a link to the envelope task in the email body so that people that are assigned to the task can go right to the task or to the document?

Hello, We need to download CLM via API. We have CLM Access already and we also have a demo/sandbox but we can’t access the CLM via API in the sandbox. Somebody from docusign told me that we need to get added to the existing CLM sandbox that was provisioned when our org bought it but I don’t know how to do it. Hi all! I have a question about CLM permissions: The default permission we have always used is Full Subscriber. Apparently, that is out of compliance with our contract - which says “Community User licenses”. So, does anyone know what a “Community User” is? Is it different from a Full Subscriber? Thank you!

This may be a question that was already answered, and I apologize if that is the case, but I am struggling with a use case, so was hoping that I could lean on the experts here. I have a requirement that I merge a link into my document which will point to a policy library where the user will need to go to read additional information. I have a text field that can capture the link text, but I am not a 100% certain how I would capture the url, and then merge them into a single value in the word document. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
