Choose user and approval in Workflow

Question

Team, I am trying to add Choose User Step in workflow that will allow the user to select the set of users and storing the users in a new variable for it to use in Approve step. As soon as i run the workflow below is the error that i get. Can anyone please help?

'^ApproveFailure' to 'Action failed with exception, returned: Neither users nor worker pools are set to be assigned to.. Reference ID: ****Redacted information PII****. Inst: 8956 '****Redacted information PII****'.'

Hello ​@Aj20024Welcome to the DocuSign Community!First of all, you need to check are you using a single user or a group.second, you need to check that on the Approver step you select “assign to user” or ‘assign to group”. if not then you send me the SS of configuration and I will help you out.Keep me on radar, if you need further assistance.Thanks!
