I think this is related to new enhancement in DocuSign. can we hide this (see screenshot) in the UI? The default attributes are not useful to us.

Hello @Justin Jiang

All these attributes show up when we enable the party management in CLM. so the only way to hide them is to disable the party management if you are not using that feature.

Thanks!

@Justin Jiang

As @Pawan Gangwani said, there might be the option to hide these attributes for now by disabling party management. Please be aware that the party management module will become mandatory for everyone.

The default attributes in Docusign CLM are part of the transition to Intelligent Agreement Management, starting to bringing the Agreement Data Model to CLM. If you previously defined custom attributes that are now part of the default attributes, we recommend to migrate the existing values to the default attribute and to remove the custom attribute to avoid duplicate attributes.

@Michael.Rave Hello Michael, we also noticed that the version history comments also disappeared, and we do not have the bread crumbs we used to have to navigate back a layer in the folder structure.

@Justin Jiang

This may be related to the preview format being defaulted to “Document Reviewer”. See the January 2025 CLM release notes for additional information.

You should be able to navigate back via the bread crumbs when you are on a document, see below:

In the folder structure, this looks similar and you can click on the links to go back a folder.

In this example either “PoC CLM” or “Document Upload”, being in the “Bulk Review” folder:

@Michael.Rave  Hello Michael, how about the version history comments? Those were important for redlining.

@Justin Jiang

I am not sure, where you are missing them exactly?

Nothing has been removed, it may look a bit different in the user interface with the new preview.
