Hello, when the 3rd party completes the external review, we get an email with a message “Contract for has been Completed with Document”, question is, how do we include 3rd party’s name in this message. it should read as “Contract for xyz (3rd party name) has been Completed with Document.

Greetings,
Chances are good that this email is being populated with variables from your workflow. If you were to look at the step sending your email, it probably looks something like this:
Check to ensure that the third party name variable is properly inserted wherever you want that text to be placed dynamically, and then check the workflow activity to ensure that the 3rd party name variable value is being properly updated during the workflow run. If the data is being properly declared into the variable, the result will look like this:
