Hello, I am new and got the following message when trying to create an envelope:

 

 

Unable to create the envelope. The specified Integrator Key was not found or is disabled. Invalid account specified for user

 

can you please help me?

Hi there, this is a known issue. I have just spoke to DocuSign support. No ETA on a fix. Sounds like affecting everyone.

Hi! I have been experiencing this exact issue for the last 3 days. Did anyone get guidance on how to resolve? I have reached out to docusign and no response.
