Add individual Redirect urls for each webform

Hi, new here and honestly just trying out DocuSign. Need to see if it would work for our global contract-signing process. Scenario: We have multiple contract templates (currencies, contract term, regional differences). I want to have a webform (and link) for each contract. In our subscription management system, we have the corresponding payment plans to each contract template. I want a signer of a certain webform (aka contract) to be redirected to the corresponding payment link. So essentially, we would have like 20 contracts (and their 20 webforms) which would send the signer to teh correct payment link after signature. is that possible? Thanks so much and brgds Philipp

Set Signing Group Based on Web Form Input or ECF

Hello, I’m looking for some conditional logic for signature routing. We have mulitple offices, if a contract comes out of one office, it should then go to that office’s signing group to sign. I’m using a web form to create our contracts, and I’m looking for a way for the user to select the office and that then change the signing group that would be assigned as the countersigner. Is this possible?

error when trying to access a power Form from a URL

There is a Powerform that used to work correctly when trying to access it from the URL generated inside Docusign, but now, when I copy the URL and try to open it from a new tab, even in incognito mode, it shows “something went wrong, try again later” in a red prompt over the Docusign portal: is there any way we can fix this link?thank you so much in advance!

Adding unqiue numbers to a webform

Hi, Can anyone tell me if its possible to add unique, consecutive numbering to each form completed using Webforms? Ideally on the completed form itself. We use webforms for client submissions, and would like to automatically add a unique form number to each completed envelope so we can more easily identify them. Thanks Peter

Writeback form to Salesforce

We have a document that we want to convert to a web form that will allow our customersto fill in contact and account information and signatures for writeback into Salesforce. Sometimes these will be new contacts/accounts and sometimes they want to send a link to a prefilled form that the customer can edit. There are 2 contacts on the form who will each need to sign. Is this possible using DocuSign? We have the DocuSign Apps Launcher in Salesforce.

Web form vs powerform

Is there a difference between a Web Form and a Powerform? I’m familiar with Powerforms, which I create from a Template. Ultimately, for this example, I don’t need signatures, just information - similar to a questionnaire. Does a web form make more sense?

How to create an extra page (with image) within a webform?

Before I would let people sign the contract I would like to show them the package we'd like to offer them. Is it possible to add this image as an extra page before the signing process starts? See an example above of where this would fit in. Kind regards

Using a Web Form where the template has Collaborate

I’ve created a web form with a signing order. When I initially made the template, there was an area that Signer #2 needed to be able to edit in case Signer #1 made a mistake. It looks like when Signer #2 made edits, it tried to push the DocuSign back to Signer #1 but there’s no way for them to go in and approve the changes. Am I trying to do something that’s not supported or is there a way to make that work?

Enabling KBA on Webforms

Hello, I am testing out the webform abilities and I am trying to set up the KBA on certain envelopes, but it does not seem to be working. Can someone please point me in the direction of how to enable it? Steps I am following: From the webform building area, go to elipses > edit template settings Enable KBA on the sender Save and activate the webform From the success message of the activation, open the form. It goes straight into the welcome, no KBA presented before entering the form as expected like the esignature.

webform: dynamically CC using URL parameter for email address

Hello We would like to share a dynamic link for a customer form that our Sales team would all be using. in order to have the same link for eveyone, we tried to create a webform with an url parameter for the email address which each sales person would have to customize. that way, when they send the URL link to clients they would receive the form once signed by client using the CC role. => is it possible to populate a role email from the URL parameter of a webform? example: sales person John Doe would always use this URL to share with his clients: https://demo.services.docusign.net/webforms-ux/v1.0/forms/1234#salesperson_email=johndoe@test.com

Do web forms auto-update when changes are made to the power form template?

I created a Web Form based on a Power Form template. If I update my Power Form, will those changes be automatically reflected in my Web Form that uses that specific Power Form template?

Using Forms to Set Additional Signers/Recipients

I’m looking to create a form that would generate an envelope to be signed. I want the person who fills out the form to be able to set additional recipeients or signers. I could think of two ways of doing this - either, setting the names/emails for the individuals to be added as recipeients 2 and 3 or by having them set their name/email so they could then use the “Modify Recipients” Recipient as the second recipeint. Is this possible?

Using Web Forms for Agreement Signature

Hello, hello! I’ve watched several videos and reviewed documents on this subject and cannot find my way around completing this. Is web forms the appropriate tool to use to send an agreement to a large group of volunteers who need to review, sign, and opt in/out of a few activities? I’ve successfully used power forms for this, but the web form option is so much better for mobile use, I’d love to use it. Is there a recommended video or step by step guidance doc you could point me to? I’m trying to pull in the text of the agreement. Thanks is advance.

Hello- I have a credit application in a Word doc and I'd like to use DocuSign for applicants to fill it out vs sending them a Word doc to fill out & email back. However, we cannot change the application at all so don't think we can use Web Forms.

Web Forms and Account Rule Setups

With Web Forms can you enable account rules to kick off another signing ceremony? Currently with our powerform if a certain question is answered "eligible", it will automatically send another template to a specific recipient from the powerform.

Web Form Attachment Field Operability

I created a template requiring users to drop in an attachment file. Upon converting the template into a web form, I learned that the template filed requiring each user to submit a document did not translate to the Webform. Does anybody know if this feature is operable via Webforms? This field worked when I tested as a Powerform, but not as a Webform. Does anybody have guidance re the Webform route, or is it just not possible today? Thank you in advance!

Web form - conditional attachment and conditional signature

I created a Web form with an existing template. Can anyone let me know how to setup a conditional attachement depending on what the user chose in Web form? Same question for a conditional signature depending what input information. For example if a payor exist then I want the payor to sign the form. If not, then no payor signature required. The conditional attachment and conditional signature can be setup in the template. But, I can't find any documentation on how to do that in Web form.
