We want to use DocuSign to help automate request forms that need signatures. We have just started using Web Forms for known signatures. We have different departments with several supervisors and depending on who in the company is filling out the form, different signatures will be required. Is there a way to host a form with a URL that has a generic supervisor signature block, then require whoever is filling out the form to input their supervisors name and email, then have DocuSign add that supervisor as a needs to sign recipient?

We have many events throughout the year but our participation agreement is basically the same other than some changes to title and date.The Web Form that connects to these templates is great for the end user but requires a lot of set up time. Because the Web Form is about 90% identical for each, is there a way to copy an existing Web Form and connect the form and its fields to a new template?I feel like I’m missing something really simple on the DocuSign site to accomplish this task, but I just don’ see it.I see that you can download a json configuration file. If you reupload it, it creates an exact duplicate connections and all. Would it work to download this configuration file, edit it and then reupload to accomplish this goal? If so which areas would I need to change and how would I get those that data?

Webforms looks great but I don’t think it will catch on without the ability to add attachment / take photo 🤔 This would be a game changer if the power automate connector was then also simpler so that you can collate replies into a Sharepoint list or Excel online. This an then be connected to PowerBi so that you can identify themes, performce etc...leading to improvement projects.

This is the field that i had on the webform originally below but i want to change it to a custom field.this is on the web form I want to change it to this field but nothing is working.this is on the web form template 

We have a simple Web Form setup that is not advancing past the form edit/review page to the actual DocuSign signing screen. As the creator I can paste the link into a browser and flow through the process correctly, but when I share the link to others they can only start the form, enter their information in the form fields, then review what has been entered. Once they click that final “next” to go to the full document to sign it, the form freezes and goes no further. We have tried on multiple machines and used multiple browsers.

I went to activate my web form and received an error that the checkbox data label must be unique.  I went into the web form template and tried to change it and it is greyed out.  tells me i can’t change it. 

Hello!I am working alongside a business unit that would like to start tracking where their WebForm Envelopes are originating. For example, we have WebForm 123 the URL link is then shared on a Website, used in a marketing campaign, or embedded in an internal application. When my unit receives the envelope, they aren’t sure which source that envelope originated.I’m attempting to find the best solution here that doesn’t have my team managing 5+ versions of the same WebForm, so I’m hoping someone else in the Community has encountered the same hurdle. 😀To note, we are attempting to use the prefill function but can only get it to work if the field is editable which puts our responses at risk of being incorrect. And of course, using an API for this is not supported internally at the moment.I’m open to any insight, suggestions or condolences! Thank you!

Is there a way to share a web form like we do with templates so that they will not have to be downloaded and uploaded and reactivated again?

Hi, I recently upgraded to a business pro account but I do not have access to the “forms” tab for power forms and web forms. Are webforms only available for Enhanced plans?

Hi DocuSign community, I created DocuSign Powerforms, for new employees who wants company benefit - sport card - so they need to aggree that from salary there is a small compensation from employee side as well. Process is following - Employee go to URL form from intranet, he/she specifies in form his/her name and email address, and then document will come to his/her email  with request for signing - where he will fill  data and sign via Docusign - clicking on the link in received email.   The thing is that I would like to hide from the form the persons who receives cc after this document is signed (colleagues in salary department - they only needs to got information, that there is new request)because now, newcomers can change email addresses of role Mzdové 1 and Mzdové 2 - what I do not want   Do you have any experience or tips how to do it?   

Hello, I’m new to using DocuSign. I want to make our organization’s release form available for multiple people to fill in relevant fields and to sign the release agreement. What is the best way to do this? I was thinking maybe Web Forms, but the tab is not available at the top of my browser like it is in the videos I have seen.

Hi, new here and honestly just trying out DocuSign. Need to see if it would work for our global contract-signing process. Scenario:We have multiple contract templates (currencies, contract term, regional differences).I want to have a webform (and link) for each contract.In our subscription management system, we have the corresponding payment plans to each contract template. I want a signer of a certain webform (aka contract) to be redirected to the corresponding payment link.So essentially, we would have like 20 contracts (and their 20 webforms) which would send the signer to teh correct payment link after signature. is that possible? Thanks so much and brgdsPhilipp 

Hello,I’m looking for some conditional logic for signature routing. We have mulitple offices, if a contract comes out of one office, it should then go to that office’s signing group to sign. I’m using a web form to create our contracts, and I’m looking for a way for the user to select the office and that then change the signing group that would be assigned as the countersigner. Is this possible?

There is a Powerform that used to work correctly when trying to access it from the URL generated inside Docusign, but now, when I copy the URL and try to open it from a new tab, even in incognito mode, it shows “something went wrong, try again later” in a red prompt over the Docusign portal: is there any way we can fix this link?thank you so much in advance!

Hi, Can anyone tell me if its possible to add unique, consecutive numbering to each form completed using Webforms? Ideally on the completed form itself. We use webforms for client submissions, and would like to automatically add a unique form number to each completed envelope so we can more easily identify them.ThanksPeter

We have a document that we want to convert to a web form that will allow our customersto fill in contact and account information and signatures for writeback into Salesforce. Sometimes these will be new contacts/accounts and sometimes they want to send a link to a prefilled form that the customer can edit. There are 2 contacts on the form who will each need to sign. Is this possible using DocuSign? We have the DocuSign Apps Launcher in Salesforce.
