Hi! 

How can I as an Administrator restrict a signer of former envelopes to view them going forward? 

Retention policy is not defined. 

@Lars Hansen Typically the removal of access for a User is designated by closing the User in the DocuSign Account.  This restricts login access and any envelope access via the DocuSign interface.  They may still have the completion notifications and attachments but no access to the Inbox or Sent, or other folders if their user is closed.
