Document Storage and Reporting

Hi Community,

Does anyone know if there is an administrator function that allows me to determine the following information for all of the users I managed within my company?

  • Total number of stored documents
  • The amount of storage being used by all these documents

So the information I am looking for would only include those documents not yet deleted / purged based on our retention settings.

Are you using an integration? Are you referring to the information that is stored in DocuSign? Is this a single account or do you have a DocuSign organization?

We are not using an integration, just the standard online application. 

This is for multiple accounts under an organization.

The closest option that we offer is the use of Reports, you can pull up reports based on the desired user to know how many envelopes as been sent and received.

 

You can use the Recipient Activity Report, this is a standard report in DocuSign eSignature that provides information about the recipient's activity. The report includes columns such as Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Envelopes Received, Envelopes Requiring Signature, Envelopes Not Signed, Completion Rate, Average Completion Time, and Recipient Phone Number.

 

Currently, there is no option to show the amount of space that they are using. 

 

However, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

 

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
