I understand you are looking for a report that shows the Date Signed for each recipient, is that correct?

If it is the case, maybe our Envelope Recipient Report come in handy, you would need to add a column called Sign Date it should show the date each recipient signs: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=cnu1642812012214&topicId=kdr1581533675526.html&_LANG=enus
