    Bulk User Upload template update - new columns required in templateIdea Submitted

    I would like to request an enhancement to the Bulk User Upload template used for inserting and updating users into DocuSign CLM. Currently, in the UI, we have the ability to manually enable: 1. Insight Access 2. Playbook AccessHowever, these two access options are not available as columns in the Bulk User Upload CSV template. As a result, we are required to manually update each user individually through the UI, which is not feasible for multiple onboarding. Please add the following new columns to the Bulk User Upload template - for Insight Access & Playbook Access

    Currently, if total PDFs Size greater than 5MB, no PDF(s) attachment to Completed Email Notification.Allow Admin to set TOTAL Size Limit for attached PDFs in Completed Email Notification.Maybe provide a zipped file for all PDFs in Completed Email Notification if total size of all PDF is over 5MB.

    Purge Notifications for recipients without a DocuSign accountParked

    We would like the ability to send Purge Notification emails to envelope recipients who do not have a DocuSign account.  Currently, according to the Purge Queue and Notifications documentation page, only individuals with DocuSign accounts receive the notifications.The rationale is that our office sends DocuSign envelopes to about 10,000 unique individuals per year who are our clients and do not have DocuSign accounts with our organization. The envelopes contain documents that the clients need to retain long-term, but our organization requires us to purge the documents from DocuSign after 90 days for security reasons.  We remind our clients to download and save the document locally, but it would be very helpful to have the option to remind them ahead of that 90-day mark.Note that if this is implemented, DocuSign should make sure to make this a configurable setting for DocuSign account admins -- we should be able to toggle the notifications on/off for whether individuals without a DocuSign account receive purge notifications -- I bet plenty of DocuSign users DO NOT want this, but that there are plenty of us who do.Thanks for considering!

    Currently, only Admin users can share saved searches. However, when an Admin shares a search, it is automatically shared with all CLM users, regardless of relevance.In our case, a non-Admin team member created a shared search for a specific research project and a defined group of users. Because she did not have Admin rights, she could not share the search. When an Admin attempted to help, we discovered that Admins can only share searches globally, not with a subset of users.This creates two challenges: Searches intended for a small project team are exposed to all users Admin involvement is required even for limited, project-specific sharing Proposed EnhancementAllow saved searches to be shared with: Specific users User groups / roles Project-based teams rather than only “all users.”Additionally, consider allowing non-Admin users to share searches within permitted groups, while maintaining Admin controls for broader sharing.Impact Improves usability for project-based and research workflows Reduces clutter and confusion from irrelevant shared searches Minimizes unnecessary Admin involvement

    Being able to download form data from several forms as one Excel fileDelivered

    It sure would be nice to be able to select several agreements at one time and being able to send the Form Data to an excel document.  Doing one at a time is pretty ridiculous.  We have a use case where it would be nice to go in daily and download all the form data to one Excel file as we have 100’s that will be coming in daily. Thanks

    Get template ID + name from envelope in Power AutomateDelivered

    It seem you cannot get the template ID or envelope in Power Automate. This makes it impossible to do advanced filtering based on template in Power Automate. I recommend having template ID + name passed in the Power Automate DocuSign connector.

    hi there. i got a client who has this need. to grant access to only specific envelopes. Shared access grants access to all. if there was a way to grant access only to specific envelopes and not to all, it will be helpful..This is the case when someone goes on holiday or unavailable and need coverage on the in progress and completed envelopes for a period of time but needs privacy over other envelopes in his/her inbox…Thanks

    Postal Code Requirement: Hong Kong does not use postal codes. Please make the Postal Code field optional when Hong Kong is selected. Certificate of Completion: When a field (e.g., postal code or province) is left blank, the Certificate of Completion currently shows a dash “–”. It should simply hide the field instead of displaying a dash. Country Field Logic: Country is a mandatory field in the account address, but it does not appear on the Certificate of Completion. Please review why it is required yet not shown, and consider aligning the behavior.

    DS uses Comma "," as dividing digit for Webform CSV download - what about the dividing digit can be chosen?Idea Submitted

    CSV Download uses Comma as dividing digit.When you have a webromr with a great number of of numbers, this causes every now and then confusing results when the CSV is converted to XLS. What about using another dividig digit (such as “|” as for instance SAP does) so the numbers stay complete during conversion CSV to XLS?Or rather, that dividing digit could be chosen by user?

    Allow Compound Conditional Logic in Document Rules (Doc Gen)Existing Functionality

    In Doc Gen within Salesforce you currently can only use AND logic or OR logic, not a combination of both ie. 1 AND (2 OR 3). I would like to be able to use more complex compounding/grouping logic in document rules to select which document to generate. This allows a single process to handle all versions of an Order Form as an example, instead of having to break it out to different Gen templates. This is not related to compound logic in the Word file, but under the Document Rules to choose which document to create specifically.

    Warning message when purging documents.Parked

    When purging documents, if your search parameters are too broad, the search just runs and then ends when it gets too many files with no messaging to indicates that’s what happened.  I would suggest that a message get posted to indicate you need to tighten your search or at least something to indicate this is why you are not getting a result.I’d also like an explanation as to why I am unable to filter by sender.

    Generating a report to get internal vs external envelopsExisting Functionality

    We use DocuSign as both internal and external tool to sign document and it is very difficult to have a report with internal vs external envelopes. We are currently using the Envelope Recipient Report but it has a limitation of only 50000 rows at a time. If we need to determine the number of internal vs external envelopes used for a year, we have to general several chunks of reports and merge the data, then apply some filters and formula which a very long and tedious process. Is it possible to run a volume report instead?

    It would be helpful to have predefined groups, i.e. Managers, that are automatically added to envelope sharing for team members.Currently the system blocks this until the user signs in for the first time, then we have to go back and retrospectively apply the permissions which are always to allow that team members manager to access their envelopes.

    Data label dont correlate to checkbox valuesParked

    When I am creating a series of checkbox values.  The data label values don’t match to what is configured for checkbox values.  The work around is to create all the data fields and select the box in front of the checkbox value to the right of the screen.  This will highlight which checkbox value matches the data field on the template.  The ask is that the functionality for the checkbox values mimic the radio button functionality.

Also allow setting of NOW() as the default date. eg: two fields StartDate and EndDate. EndDate can be given validation to not be before StartDate.  Validation: After today (including today)Before today (including today)After another field - then select a field with date validation Before another field - then select a field with date validation  If a date field has TODAY or NOW or similar entered as the default the current date will be populated.
