Admin access to download the Email Log

Ability to run a report that will retrieve all the emails sent by the system (notifications, reminders, etc.) within a period of time. This report should include the envelope ID, the sender, recipient, date and time, status. 

Such report can be a powerful tool for admins to investigate issues related to missing or duplicate notifications.
