Auto Attach PDF on the new Envelope Status (DocuSign Status)

When creating a DocuSign Envelope on the Legacy version, the PDF files, Notes & Attachments automatically get connected to the DocuSign record (dsfs__DocuSign_Status__c). This does not happen for the new DocuSign Status (dfsle__EnvelopeStatus__c). Can we have the old feature applied on the new feature?

Thank you so much for sharing this idea with us ​@Longstride00. We truly appreciate the thought and detail you put into it. After reviewing your suggestion, we wanted to clarify that this behavior wasn’t an out‑of‑the‑box feature in the legacy DFS integration. It required an adjustment to one of the Connect settings in the Docusign account to attach the PDF to status records and/or to the other object records that envelopes are sent from.

At the moment, this functionality isn’t supported in DAL, and it’s not currently on our roadmap, so we’ve marked the idea as parked for now.

Although the request is not planned at the moment, we value your input, as it helps inform future enhancements should priorities change.
