Occasional Timeout Issue with DocuSign Response

We’re facing occasional timeout issues in our Production environment when connecting to the DocuSign API.The issue doesn’t happen every time but occurs randomly, with some DocuSign responses taking 5 to 6 minutes, causing our system to time out.We’ve verified that the issue is not related to our system's overall execution time, but specifically to the time it takes to receive a response from DocuSign. var envelopesOptions = new EnvelopesApi.ListStatusChangesOptions{ fromDate = DateTime.UtcNow.AddDays(-Convert.ToInt32(envelopeRequest.SendDay)).ToString("MM/dd/yyyy"), folderIds = envelopeRequest.FolderId, searchText = envelopeRequest.SubjectWord, include = "recipients" include = "custom_fields", status = " completed " };The above-mentioned code is used to filter envelopes within a 1-day period using ListStatusChanges. I downloaded the DocuSignSample and put in my developer credentials and it fails with: javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: <html><head><title>Object moved</title></head><body><h2>Object moved to <a href="/API/3.0/Member/Error.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/api/3.0/api.asmx/">here</a>.</h2></body></html> I am using an end point of: "https://demo.docusign.net/api/3.0/api.asmx/";I am not sure if my issue is the end point or something about my account. I am see help for other APIS, but not the CredentialSoap used in the code.

We want to use DocuSign to sign HR documents in our organization. Is it mandatory to onboard a certifying authority to partner with DocuSign to make the documents legally admissible?How is using eMudhra different from using eKYC by Aadhar?How can we onboard Aadhar eKYC?If we can complete authentication through eKYC Aadhar - and then get the document signed - will it be legally admissible as per IT act of India 2002?

Can I save task groups in a variable?

Hi guysI have started working with CLM implementation and I have built a workflow that can generate several contracts that follow a standard flow. This workflow have task that can be assigned to different task groups depend on who started it and details from the form.Because of it I have to find a way to reference different task groups in the same steps. Can I put them in a variable?? If the answer is yes, how do I do it? Please forgive my poor english.Thanks!

Please help: is this phishing email from Docusign?

This is the screenshot of an email I received in my yahoo mailbox.It appears to be from PayPal vis Docusign. But as you can see the “To Field” is “voldingz@jadevortex.cyou”. It is clearly not my yahoo email address. Also, the so called “paypal customer care” email is “v.15.gen.4operational@gmail.com”. It is clearly not from Paypal either.I wonder if this is someone created a random account on Docusign with a Gmail address and sent phishing emails VIA DOCUSIGN? Or just pretended to send emails from Docusign’s server?I also posted the raw email below the screenshot. <information redacted>

Generate contract (pdf) from Salesforce Opportunity (Apex)

Hello all,We have a button on our Salesforce Opportunities that redirects us to a standard Docusign page to generate the contract and get it into Salesforce files.Our button calls this url, providing the template id:{!URLFOR('/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator', null, [sId = Opportunity.Id, templateId = 'a1OAZ0000007wXM2AY', recordId = Opportunity.Id, recordName = Opportunity.Name, title = 'Contrat'])} Once clicked, the contract is being generated and when we get back on our Opportunity in Salesforce, we can find the file related (pdf). Our need is to replace that manual action using apex by calling Docusign API to generate and store it as file on the Opportunity. I have checked on forum, but did not find an easy to integrate solution, what would you recommend please? NB: We dont need to sign the contract, just to generate it Thanks for your help!

How to Achieve Better Sender Identification and Transparency in DocuSign Emails?

Hi DocuSign Community,I have a requirement where, whenever an envelope is sent through DocuSign, the recipient currently sees "docusign.net" as the sender's email domain (e.g., dse_demo@docusign.net). Instead, I would like the recipient to see the actual email address of the person who sent the envelope (e.g., john.doe@example.com).Here are my questions: Is it possible to achieve this using DocuSign APIs? Specifically: Can we dynamically provide a unique sender email address for every envelope we send through the API? Can this email address replace the docusign.net domain so the recipient sees the actual sender's email in their inbox? If the above requirement is not possible, what are the recommended solutions to achieve better sender identification and transparency? The goal is to provide better transparency and identification for recipients, allowing them to immediately recognize the sender. Let me know if this is achievable and what solutions can take me closer to this requirement.

Subject: Issue with Candidate Signature Disappearing When Forwarding via API in DocuSign Production

Hi,I’m trying to add a digital signature by forwarding a completed contract—i.e., the employee candidate has already completed their signature. I then add HR representatives as recipients in chronological order, with signature and date placeholders, by forwarding the completed contract using the DocuSign APIs.Everything is working perfectly in the development environment. However, in the DocuSign production account, when I forward the contract (which is in a "completed" status with the candidate's signature) to HR reps for additional signatures, the candidate’s signature disappears.This issue does not occur when I perform the same process manually through the DocuSign interface—only when using the API.Could anyone help me resolve this issue?Thanks,Manikandan T

Unable to log in to Docusign. Application Error. Contact support

Hi,We are unable to log into our Docusign account. We receive the following error on white background with the only option is to “Contact Support”Application ErrorThe application encountered an unexpected error. When contacting Support, please include the session transaction ID dbf5ba95-4df0-4be1-acbf-d1bc78ec6d65 and the steps to reproduce this error. However, when trying to open a case, the system tells the account is not supporting case opening (we do not have an active subscription and the reason we need to get into the account to re-activate it!)We tried different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome), as well as clearing browser cache and deleting cookies and trying to login using the incognito window. No effect on the issue.Can anyone advise on how to resolve this?Thanks!

Background:We provide a onboarding portal as SaaS solution in a B2B environment. The onboarding portal allows our customers to manage the collaboration with their distributor, clients and so on. Docusign Outlook Plugin gives "Something went wrong" for all users in our organization

Good morning I hope all is well! Seeking some assistance with a DocuSign issue in our environment that is impacting all users who are using the classic desktop classic version of Outlook. Once they click on the DocuSign plugin in their outlook, it doesn’t grab the attachments in the email, so you had to manually add the attachments but when you do that and try to proceed with sign now, you are hit with an error and all it says it “Something Went Wrong” with no other context at all. Interestingly enough, if we have the users on “New Outlook” the DocuSign plugin does work but this opens up another can of worms as the experience in this “New Outlook” isn’t the greatest and is missing out on some key features that our end users to rely on with this being needed for Judges and Public Safety personnel. I do know that this year Microsoft is going to be retiring a number of services and i’m wondering if this could be a result one of those like Oauth?Any thoughts/ideas on this would be greatly

Combine Documents with specific order

I would like to use the CLM Combine Documents step. However, I would like to allow the user to choose the order of which the documents show up in the final combined document. All of the documents that need to be used in the combined step are uploaded to a project ID folder, but in no particular order. What recommendations are out there to allow the user to easily create this type of order when using the combine document step? (I was thinking about using the Choose Documents step but it doesn’t appear to allow ordering)

refund; thought i was paying a fine, ended up switching to a monthly subscription while not using docusign for months

I had sent more enveloppes than my account allowed so the request was to pay 39 euro's to make it right. I wasnt aware that I had actually switched to a monthly and more expensive subscription. I went into labour not long after and now returning to the account i see ive been billed for the past 10 months while not using the service. I cant seem to get a hold of a person to just explain the situation as this doesnt follow the standard automated scripts for refunds.Please help
