DocuSign Templates in Salesforce

When try to edit templates in salesforce, it messes up alignment and everything. What would be the reason? or What would cause this issue?

could you check whether it is fine in Docusign templates? And needs the Docusign log during you edit.

it is fine in Docusign templates? What do you mean? and also did not understand what you mean by Docusign log during edit?
