Today I have spent over 3 hours in various tried logging in to access payment methods and pay the bill - no luck, no access.  Engaged in several Chats each took over 30-45 mins, made several phone calls - lines were all static, and then another Chat asking for a link to pay my bill!  Told there was no link and wanted me to screen shot an earlier/closed chat and send it to them. Are you still in business?   

How does Docusign IDV Premier help streamline and enhance the identity verification processes?

we have a template we want to use for a bulk mailmerge. the cSV mailmerge template requires a ‘role’ at the start of each column. How do i assign to a role that doesnt require a signature?

We use to get the completed document attached to the completed email. In the last few weeks, DocuSign stopped sending the PDF document. What happened? How can this be fixed?

Hello,I noticed the following. If, in a template with a predefined subject line, the ‘Customise email and language for each recipient’ checkbox is selected and then deselected again, the predefined subject line is overwritten with the file name of the stored template. The subject line remains unchanged even if the checkbox is selected again and must be adjusted manually. The email text itself remains unchanged.

I need to implement e-signature functionality on my client’s website. We are generating a PDF, and I already have the signature image of the authorized person. I would like to apply this e-signature to the PDF document, but I do not want to perform verification every time. Could you please suggest which APIs or Steps would be suitable for this requirement?

I’ve used Docusign in my RE business for many years and yesterday as I was working with documents forclosing 9/30, suddenly, none of my documents are accessible. This is a major issue. Need urgent help. Don’tlike not having a phone number or chat option to help with this.Thanks! 

We have been experiencing the DocuSign links we send to our customers expiring before they are set to. We have them set to expire 120 days after sending and remind every 7 days. However, for the past 2 weeks we have had customers call us only 4 days in to tell us their link has expired. We can “resend” it and it will successfully open it with saved information. But, this is becoming a bit of an issue.   Thoughts?  Please keep in mind we have been using DocuSign for over 4 years with no issues like this. We have not changed any settings.

Hello,We are wanting to establish a custom email domain for use with templates we have created. I have been told this is available with the plan we are currently on.  My question is can the custom email domain be established for testing in our demo environment before we move into our production environment.  How can the custom email domain be added to our demo environment?   Is this a support ticket that we would open?   Is it possible to have the Organizational Admin role in both the demo environment and production environment ?   From research on your support site I believe this role allows for the custom email domain to be setup by that admin “ self service “ ?   Or for the demo environment do we need to open a support ticket to have someone on the Docusign team help us Thank YouNorman FosterBusiness Technology Analyst 

I am following this guide:https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/how-to/request-signature-template-remote/ I have a template in my dev environment that contains all the fields for the user to enter and sign.When I use the guide above and send the template to the user, rather than the signing fields they are getting the document and need to add fields to the document.  How do I change this to be the actual document where they fill in the fields and sign, that is setup with the template? Thank you!

We build signing envelope via API. We often have multiple signers in our envelope and are currently signing sequentially. We use the TextTabs to put read-only text on the document. And, we are putting those tabs on the lowest order recipient. The tabs, in this case, have a transparent background and overlay nicely on-top of the document. Lately, I was asked to parallelize the signing process (i.e. send the document to multiple recipients at the same time). We tried a few things to make this work: Copy the tabs to all recipient. This caused issues since we were exceeding the Maximum number of tabs in an envelope (we have a lot of documents in our envelope). So, this option was not acceptable.  Use the shared option on the tabs. When using shared, all recipients would see a white background on the tab. Even if required and locked were set to ‘true’.  Use the global option “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients”. This was working pretty well for

I’m trying to sign a funding document and I’ve encountered all kinds of issues with IDNow verification.The IDNow agents mentioned that I have the “old type of Nigerian passport” (I just got it in 2023) and my new Hungarian permanent residence permit card isn’t the exact type on their system. It’s been quite frustrating trying to contact Docusign because IDNow can’t fix this except DocuSign says so.I checked, my passport & residence permit are acceptable because it’s within PRADO. The sender has reached out to Docusign about 3 weeks ago, still no response.The envelope ID is 9041C569-4075-4BB6-90F5-17DB8B85F6EEReally appreciate a prompt response.Thank you!

I prepare the activating of the “Document Retention Policy” including the option “Redact personally identifiable information” and have one question in this connection:Today I create different reports, for example the Group Activity Report to measure which user group send how many envelopes. This report - and a lot of other reports - work with the e-mail-address of the sender. Would the reports work correct despite of deleting the personally identifiable information?

I (KC) need to send a document to a client dept. manager and their team for signature by the manager and review by the team.Then a 2nd signature is needed (mine) before sending copies of the completed document to additional individuals and everyone else in the workflow.  See below.If the Dept Mgr is Role 1 (Needs to Sign) and their team members are all Role 2 (Needs to Review) and this is followed by Role 3 (Needs to Sign 2nd signer-me) followed by multiple Role 4 (Receives a copy) recipients.Will the 2nd signer receive the notification to sign only after Role 1 has signed the document all the team members reviewed the document? Am I the only one noticing that each Docusign’s signed pdf are now 1Mo heavier since mid July?Before July 18th, my 300Ko compressed empty pdf was transformed by Docusign into a 900ko to 1,1Mo signed pdf; but now, the same 300Ko empty pdf is more than 1,8-1,9Mo and can go up to 2,1Mo afted Docusin’s signature process, but with absolutely no change in the fields to be completed or the number of signatories. Doing so, my enveloppes including 3 to 4 contracts/documents are now more than 5Mo and Docusign no longer join my signed pdf in CC of the completion email ; and we have to download them from the ‘afficher les documents complétés’ link that expires in 48h.From my perspective it is a waste of time for our commercial and sales administration teams. Has anyone else had issues with color on the website. The DocuSign logo in the right hand corner and my logo in the top right is in color but the rest of it is black and white. 

I am submitting a document for approval and it only needs to be signed by a majority (3 out of 5 people) to be approved. How can I mark a document as completed once the majority has signed/approved the document?
