If we currently subscribe to IDV and have this feature enabled on some of our accounts, will this automatically transfer to the new offering by IDVerse?

I am creating a form that needs signature from a pdf file. Tis is for someone else.I want to send that form to them so they can sebd it for signature.I cannot work out how to do that.I have google and used co-pilot but am getting steps that are not available to meI am the administrator of a eSignature Business ProAny help will be welcome

We were able to use the dynamic dropdown option for multiselect when setting up a dynamic approver step initiating via DocGen.  When those applicable groups are selected, it looks for the task group associated with those approvers and assigns correctly.  What we are trying to do now is to extend that same functionality to the eSignature step.  I have tried to use the same variable we used for the approvals, but seems that the eSign cannot look into the task group to assign a user as I keep getting the error that an email has not been defined.Can I somehow apply the same logic but to a signature step where it can identify and assign a signer?  Or is this not possible and need to be executed manually?  This is a dynamic selection and could be different every time this form is submitted.  Thank you!

If a contract gets signed in eSignature (stand alone document), is there a way to feed that document back to CLM so it can be part of the overall file structure built in CLM?

I have a webform I created and have a few questions regarding it and the signing session that is generated after completion of the form. When I copy the URL to complete the webform, it is the same URL each time.  Do i use the same URL for every person I want to send to, or is there another method I’m supposed to be using to send it to different people to complete the webform? When someone is completing the webform, how do they save progress if they want to come back to it later, I’m not seeing that option? When the docusign signing session opens up, if I click on Finish Later, I’m not seeing any emails that come to me to allow me to restart the session?  Upon starting the webform completion, there is an individual name and email address I enter that as I understand is used for the webform and docusign session, but I don’t get any emails that I input there.

Hi Everyone! I am trying to create a simple workflow with maybe 1 or 2 steps to combine two documents together. One is a document an individual will upload and will be different every time. The second is a static document that is stored in clm.  I don't need anything to be sent out for signature, this is just a simple flow that I am trying to get to work.  These two documents are supposed to be combined together under the Combined Documents  So, the testing document is supposed to be under the same tab as combined documents.  Any suggestions? 

Unable to create Maestro with Salesforce. After installing Salesforce from App Center, we tried to add connection to salesforce. After adding the credentials it is not refreshing the page. A blank white page shows and it does not redirect back to Docusign. Tried multiple times and it is not connecting

Hi there,I’m getting the following error when requesting an access token from the authorization code previously generated by Docusign:{ "error": "invalid_grant"}I’ve followed all steps in https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/public-authcode-get-token/. I can easily get an authorization code, but when using it to request an access token I get above error. This is the request I do:POST in https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token with:code=<code returned as query param in the redirect_uri>grant_type=authorization_codeclient_id=<my integration key in development environment>code_verifier=<my original random string used to calculate the code challenge>I’ve made sure that the code was generated less than 2 minutes before asking for the access token.What am I missing?

Hi, I’m seeking information on how you customise the Email Subject to include the customer name when creating a bulk send. I understand how to do this for individual templates (and are using successfully), but am not having success adding into the bulk send template.The reason is that signed agreements will come into a Shared Mailbox, and I need the multiple users to be able to easily identify which customer the envelope is from (without opening). I have read the related articles in the DocuSign support material and watched numerous Youtube videos, but none address this. Is there specific data you need to add into the CSV file to get this to work. Thanks in advance.Patricia

Our client is utilizing DocuSign Apps Launcher, and using DocuSign Envelope Templates to tag Documents for Clients to fill out.  Some of the information they would like to have pre-populated from Salesforce, so we added the Merge Fields.The settings for the Merge Fields are to not write back to Salesforce, yet any updates made on the documents are writing back to the identified merged field in Salesforce.How can we stop the updates from coming back into Salesforce?  We need the forms to populate with the information known, but if it’s not in Salesforce, and is added after the document has been generated, we do not want those updates going back into Salesforce.

Good day I created a web form that is associated with a template. It works as expected, except I notice that when a user fills out and completes the form, I am being emailed a confirmation of the e-signature along with attachments (the signed form, and any attachments the user uploaded).I want the email to be generated, but I want it to go to a different email address. On the template’s “Add recipients” section, the first signer (which is set to “Needs to Sign”) is “Requesting User” and email is blank (assuming the applicant is to complete the form). The second signer is the role and email address I want to get the response after the user has submitted the form. That second signer is set to “Receives a Copy” and the address is hardcoded into the “Delivery” section.How might I accomplish this? 

As per the older posts I have tried to locate the "My Preferences" tab and the "Contacts" tab of which i have neither anywhere on my profile, even when clicking my account icon. The only way i can see my contacts is when I click on the address book icon when inserting the name of the addressee. However when I click on this, I am unable to edit the contacts information. I am at a loss and I do not understand how something which should be incredibly simple is turning out to be such a difficult task.

Hello,I want to test this scenario for my client : In Dynamics 365, when I start form accoutn and click on “Send with Docusign”, I can’t choose an envelop template.On a technical side, I activate Docusign integration in D365, I created 2 envelop template in docusign, I set all D365 privileges for docusign table.When I go on Docusign Admin setting in Dynamics 365, I can’t see any module for templates.Could you help me please ?Notes : I test with the TRIAL.

I used to have for our startup a paid account. I downgraded it and now have it as free account.  BUT we still need the monthly invoices. There is no way to get these invoices. Support is pointless as “you need to have a paid account to access support”. The documentation shows only how it would work on a paid account.  

When I click support it asks me to login. When I login it says 'unable to log in’ if this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other login scenarios, contact docusign support for assistance. I click ‘contact docusign support’ and get stuck in a loop. Hello,We set up a DocuSign app on our client’s dev account, passed the Go-Live check, and published to production. As the next step, a production user opened the consent link and approved it. We can see the app listed under the user’s Connected Apps.However, our OAuth token request to https://account.docusign.com/oauth/token still returns:{"error":"consent_required"}Note: We also have another production account where this flow works as expected—authentication succeeds—so the issue appears to be specific to this production account. I’m out of ideas on what else to verify and would appreciate any tips or guidance. I am reaching out to share my terrible experience with DocuSign “support” and seek advice on accessing the non-profit discount.In August 2025, I carefully read all the eligibility guidelines for the non-profit discount, which is verified through a third party service, Goodstack. Nothing in the instructions or on the Goodstack website indicated that a Goodstack account was necessary for them to complete the verification. The instructions from DocuSign indicate that Goodstack will reach out to you for any verification needs after you complete the DocuSign non-profit sign up (which requires a credit card). So, I applied via DocuSign, and my organization was immediately declined and charged the full amount for our account. I then began what has been an over two month journey with DocuSign “support” of trying to find out why we were denied and hopefully resubmit for approval. “Support” bounced me to over 5 different people who’s only answer was “we don’t know why you were denied, let us loo
