When uploading a DOCX with a multi-level numbered list, it restarts numbering back to 1 every time it returns to that level of the hierarchy (see image 1 below). The source document has the numbering correct, and doesn’t include extra paragraph breaks (see image 2 below). My question is this: Does the new editor work with multi-level lists? Image 1: DocuSign’s editor Image 2: Source MS Word File (Formatting marks included) 

When an agreement is sent to all users in a group, it may receive actions (review, edit, comment, approval) from one or more users. If another user opens the same agreement later, the system should display a popup notification indicating that the agreement has already been actioned, e.g., “This agreement has already been actioned. You may close this window.” This would prevent redundant work, confusion, and duplicate actions. The notification should apply to any prior action, not just approvals, and be visible to all users opening the agreement after an action has been taken. Implementing this would improve workflow clarity and efficiency for group-assigned agreements.

Good morning everyone! I received a link from a company with a job offer wich then after redirected me to their platform.On the platform i had to register with email and then password.I Failed my first atempt to log in into the companies platform because i didnt edit the password.Only on my second ii edited the password and logged in.Strait away i had access to the document but with a message saying unable to redirect to docusign.My question is?Could that been caused by the fact that on my first attemp i failed to log in because i didnt edit the password and somehow the system of the company blocked the redirection to docusign? Thank you for your attentionAl   

Half way through a yearly subscription Docusign have removed authentication by SMS from my plan, which makes the business pro plan totally useless in my industry (legal).Has anyone else dealt with massive changes to a plan they’ve already paid for?I have sent so many emails and raised live chats, and ultimately I have been sent to ‘sales’ who have quoted a plan than costs four times as much. Its all very underhanded and I am wondering who else has been affected by this? For anyone researching using Docusign for their business as I did, consider I’ve lost pretty much a whole business day trying to resolve this, and the support is very sales based rather than trying to correct issue (reinstate the feature I’ve already paid for. 

Hello all,Maybe I missed this and you can direct me to the proper instructions.  Here is my issue:I create an #HREF custom field so that the signer can read a State Statute on the legislative website.  And that works just fine.  The problem is the URL is really long and since the URL is in the tool tip, a signer who is using a screen reader has to listen to a really long URL.  If, when creating the form, I change the tool tip to match WCAG standard for hyperlinks the link breaks.  Are those using screen readers doomed to listen to obnoxiously long hyperlinks (including the https://) or is there a workaround?Thanks

Everything looked to be going OK, except whenever i put a merge field on my document I got an ‘unable to connect to service’ message. I found a post that said disconnect and reconnect the docusign account which I did but it made no difference. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package from the AppExchange. It claims to be installed successfully but I now just get a grey screen on the DocuSign setup tab and a ‘refused to connect’ message.Any thoughts on how I can fix this please.

I have dutily noted the time period between January 2026 and May 2026 to complete the migration of services for EU Production Accounts to Azure Infrastructure. Will we be notified as to when the migration is completed (even a global communication)? Hello,I first created a developer account with my work’s email, then i realized that i do not have access to the advanced signing methods that i have to test.I have a user in my company’s production environment, but it shares the same logs with my developer account, that is not linked to the company, so when i log in the developer realm using my work email, i do not have access to the advanced features. Is there a way i could associate my developer account with my company ?Thank youMathieu

What does this mean? "Each recipient must have an authentication type specified." I have never had this come up before. How do I get rid of it?

Jesus Christ…I just want to download a PDF File from a signed document that I need.There isn’t the option on the link itself, so I want to access it through my account, but I se NOWHERE where to do it to link my account to that said document, even if I use exactly the same email as for the signature.Also, I can’t seem to contact anyone from support, because anytime I click on contact / support, it disconnects me from my account.So I’m left here, with this community post.

I got a document that needs signing but when I go to download Docusign it says it cannot install it due to an old version. I have tried to uninstall Docusign but it is not in my apps. I looked in the app data for any Docusign data and did not find any. How can I install it?

Hi, I work as an Integration Engineer for Unit4 and we’ve developed an integration between our ERPx platform and Docusign for document e-signing. We are now introducing some changes in the integration and we noticed an apparent difference on the signer consent process. We used to have a ‘consent_required’ error (HTTP response status 400) when requesting an OAuth token for the signer and we used it to identify that a given signer hadn’t yet given their consent. Currently it seems that all the signer consent process is dealt exclusively on Docusign UI. Can you please confirm if Docusign introduced any changes at the signer consent processing level? Thanks in advance

I have this use case:if i go on holiday or i am off for a while and i want to have a user or users to have access to my envelopes but not to all of them. only the ones that are in progress or just recently completed. i will require not only signing on my behalf but also to manage the envelope… Is there a feature from docusign that allows just that? i am aware of delegated signing but this is more than that.My understanding is that if i provide shared access, the person will be able to see my current and past envelopes…Thank youbrSusana 

Hi everyone, I have a question about recipient configuration using expressions in the CLM step Review and Send for Signature. In the recipient expression field, returning multiple emails separarted by a delimiter works fine, for example:  “john@email.com|mary@email.com” The system correctly creates multiple recipients. However, when I try to do something similar in the Name expression builder, it seems to accept only a single value. If I return a list or try to iterate (foreach), only one name is resolved, the result is: Recipient Name: John|MaryRecipient Email: john@email.com Recipient Name 2: John|MaryRecipient Email 2: mary@email.com Is the Name field designed to accept only a single string, even when the recipient field res

Recently our In Progress envelope view changed. I don’t find it as user friendly as the old view and it is more time consuming to find the information/task I want. Is there a way to switch back to the old version?

I purchased an annual subscription using a different email than the one above.  I received an order confirmation at the email address and my credit card was charged.  Now, I can not login to the account, reset the password, or get customer support.  My email account does not receive emails sent from DocuSign to reset the password or logon to the account.Why?

I have submitted and signed the Docusign API Go Live Form that is linked to the ‘Submit verification form’ button. I would like to know if I need to do anything else aside from wait until the manual Go Live review finishes. My dashboard status did not change status which is making me unsure. And how long might the Go Live process take on average? Thanks
