Hello,I am using the Doc Gen step within my workflow to generate a document based on initial form data.The issue I'm facing is related to data coming from a table in the initial form (multiple entries/rows). When I use the “TableRow Select” or “Repeat Select” tags in my Word template to display this data in a table, only the last row of data entered in the form is showing in the generated document. The previous rows are being overwritten.For example, if I enter 2 lines of data in the form's table, the generated document only displays the second line.This is the initial form:I tried both ways:Later, in the WF, the message I get in the Doc Gen step: And the result is:How can I ensure that the tags properly iterates over ALL rows of my input table data and dynamically creates a new table row for each entry in the generated document, instead of just showing the last one?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I signed up thinking I'd be getting a 30 day free trial. Little that I knew that the company charged me $53 CAN, upon signing up. I tried to get in touch with customer service. There's absolutely no way to get a simple response from anyone. I ran are in circles for hours. I decided to call sales. Because this department of course has live agents. The only thing I got help with was to set up a phone call from Customer service within 1 business day. To get my refund. I am terribly disappointed with the service. What a waste of time.

Hi all,We’re trying to send a formatted HTML email during the "Review and Send for Signature" step in DocuSign. Plain HTML isn’t rendering properly.We have Adobe E-Sign integration working for signature. I know we can send HTML in Send Email step, but need to check feasibility on signature related steps.Has anyone done this or know if it’s supported?

When I type in a recipient’s name and email address it looks great until something happens, and suddenly I get messages under each recipient's email address that “it cannot be saved, and try again later.” What am I doing wrong? I have less than 30 recipients, and the document is only one page long. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Team,  We want to know if the below requirement is possible with docusign.We want to send a PDF signed by single recipient but addressing to multiple members. this is expected to happen in a way that sender can create an envelope, add a single recipient and has a list of 100 members whose names should be merged into envelopes, such that one envelope addresses to one member(names/entity details). so total 100 envelopes gets created with same signatory. here the recipient signing te document would be same, so they will require to sign all the 100 envelopes. these envelopes will be completed and downloaded then sent manually to the individual members like a letter that addresses only to individuals.Is this possible manually without API?We referred Bulk send but it’s for single envelope - multiple recipient. we need single recipient - multiple envelope (use of merge field , as we have members related details to be used as the placeholder on the document).

Hello,When using the new Document Template for creating an envelope template, it seems that the Agreement Template Builder editor will open the newly created envelope editor in the classical editor rather than the new editor, which is otherwise the standard when I edit an envelope template generated directly from a Word document. I am also unable to find an option to switch to the new editor. 

Envelopes are not being received by the recipients. However the statis of the envelope is updated as "Sent" in DocuSign. Have completed the entire troubleshooting as available on DocuSign support pages.

Is it possible to edit the wording in the body of auto-response emails from DocuSign CLM?  Specifically thinking of the External Signature email response/confirmation and the eSignature email response/confirmation.  We have edited the emails that are sent, as much as we can, but once those actions are completed, we are looking for ways to edit those emails as well.  It would include the subject line and the email body.Thanks in advance.

After a document is signed, I want to extract a page or two.  How do I do that?

I’m trying to download a signed document under my ID.  It asked various security questions, and I apparently failed one of them so when I click on the download arrow next to the document I get the following message:{“errorCode”: “RECIPIENT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED”,”message”:”Recipient has not passed authentication steps.”}I’m trying to find help on resolving this.Thank you so much in advance for the help.’Barbara

I need to calculate and display a date 30 months from the date signed.In my template, I have created a date signed field and called it policy_period_from.I have created a formula field with the following formula: AddMonths( [policy_period_from] ,30)This is displaying in numerical UK date format (dd/mm/yyyy) but we are sending this particular doc to our US customers so it either needs to be in US format (mm/dd/yyyy) or be in a format that can’t be misinterpreted in the US (e.g. dd MMM yyyy, i.e. 30 Nov 2026).How can I achieve this?

I have received a document from my company to sign, and at the beginning it requires me to identify myself with a ID card.My ID card has my maiden name on the front and my current last name after marriage is mentioned on the back of the document(which is the name that the company has used for my document), but during the verification, the website tells me that the names don't match and i can't verify myself. How can I solve the issue? The rest of my documents have my maiden name as well.

Hi all, First time here, I have a question on having QR codes on documents we upload to docusign to send out. We use the QR code to hold data about the document so we can easily sort them when they are returned. However, when we upload a document with a QR code it seems like docusign converts it to the literal text or removes it sometimes. Is there something we need to do to keep the QR from changing to text?

I have an enevlope PDF,   where there will be a single signer..    but the PDF will contain two (2) signature blocks is there functionality exists that once the signer signs 1 of the 2 signature blocks,   to disable the other block from being signed.    we need to prevent 2 signatures from the envelope the signer decides which one of the 2 needs to be signed

I would like to know where I can validate the signature of a document using only the Docusign Envelope ID, using any tool or website provided by Docusign itself.When using the List of Signature Validators for Digitally Signed Documents, it says it cannot recognize the signature, even though the document has the validation certificate.I need a URL from DocuSign itself that validates this, Is there already an access that does that?

Good morningOne of our users is sending an envelope and trying to choose the signature type from the dropdown list.  The dropdown is blank.Has anyone ever encountered this issue please?

We have recently noticed amongst multiple document signature cases that the candidate is not putting a physical signature on the document and instead the system shows a blue "Completed".The system describes that they signed using mobile, although we have do not add mobile authentication options to the signature flow process.We tested the system and after clicking "Finish", the system no longer asks the candidate to add a signature. Is there a way to restrict the system so that candidate would have to add a signature and how?
