Copy envelope with field data

I am trying to copy an envelope with field data. The option has been enabled in our settings.When I copy the envelope I cannot see the completed field data, the form looks blank. Will the data be displayed to recipient once I send the envelope?

Been on Hold for 40 + minutes

I’ve been trying to straighten out an invoice for a week. DocuSign suspended our account today. I called the guy put me on hold and that was over 40 minutes ago.Terrible customer support!!!! Maybe Sharefile wants our e-signing business.

Hi folks, I just restarted my pro plan and would like the strikethrough feature back. I was trying to open a new case for the strikethrough feature to be back but never succeed to open a new case now. There is no longer a button called “New Case” or “Open a case” on my cases page. Can anyone help?

I created a template and I need to be to specify that at one level only certain users will require additional signer and others will not.for example: say I’m filling out this document and mine gets routed to my supervisor, and account payableBUTmy co-worker fills out the same document and his needs to get routed to supervisor, manager and then accounts payableIs there a way to achieve that with just one template? Expand GET /{{baseUrl}}v2.1/accounts/{{accountId}}/envelopes to have query parameters that search documents by documentFields[?(name=='text')].value and contains() filter like OData

We need a list of envelopes where the recipient has used Print and Sign feature. We place a documentType name value pair in documentFields array, but there is no programmatic way to know which envelopes have uploaded documents via the Connect callback interface JSON.There are a lot of other use cases for search.

Transferred Envelopes Missing in recipients drafts

Hello, I am a DocuSign administrator and I have the ability to transfer draft envelopes of mine to other users within the same account. I went and transferred 30+ of my drafts to another user within my account a couple hours ago and they can not see it. I transferred over a single draft envelope and they saw it within minutes. I looked in my deleted and its not there and i looked in their deleted and its not there. Is this a timing issue where it takes time to transfer ownership? If not can this be recovered? It took a couple days to make these drafts and do not want to delay this project by remaking envelopes.

Envelope has disappeared!

We have created a flow where a signer needs to sign with witness. The witness needs to be a legal adviser. We have had one person sign and allocate incorrectly and so their witness has declined. The envelope has now disappeared and I can only see it in my sent items - I want to allow the individual to send to a new witness - how can we do this if it no longer exists and why has it ceased to exist?!

make changes to a partially signed document without triggering re-signing

HelloI have a partially signed document.2 out of 4 have signed I would like to make changes in the doc, in the means that the 2 remaining ones need to also sign at an additional place where the 2 that already have signed added there an extra signature. If I go into editing, correction mode, I could do that but Im afraid if such changes would trigger that the 2 that already have signed, will receive the document again to repeat and sign again?Can someone confirm if I do not make changes applied to the 2 users that have already signed, that the other changes wont trigger them to sign again. Date embedded in document to sign

I’ve been sent a contract to sign. When I open the document, it comes up with a date embedded on the signature panel. However, if I select “Print and Sign” - the downloaded PDF copy does not display the same embedded date.There is no facility for me to alter the date that is showing. (and it’s incorrect). Is the issue at my end - something in docusign I can adjust ? Or at the sender’s end ?

How to fix faulty security questions?

I’ve been sent documents to sign and twice failed the security questions (and therefore cannot sign) because they are not accurate. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve notified the sender of the documents but this is super frustrating. Is this a credit history issue? Where do they get their data? Examples:1.Asking me what other names I have ever gone by. None of the options were accurate. One was a misspelling of my legal first name and I’m guessing that’s what it wanted me to pick.2 Asking my college major. My major was not listed. However, “Humanities” was and I’m guessing that was what the system wanted me to pick.

While fetching complete document after sign completion of document through docusign , I am not getting correct form of document, it’s content type is HTML, as well it was working fine in sandbox account, when i fetch document using Api, it appears to be in PDF format, now this is creating issue in production account.Error says: You need to enable JavaScript to run this app. and environment :”NAPROD” in html

I want to redirect the email notification that account holder receives , (the person's email whose account it is) on completion of envelop signing

I am using e-signature api for allowing signing the document for different users, now if the users signs the document , all the mails of completion of signature , is coming to the email of account holder’s email.For example i have developer account with email xyz@gmail.com, now I use its api key and other things in my app to accelerate the document signature process,on completion of envelope signature, i receive mail on xyz@gmail.com , I want to redirect that mail.Is any solution available to achieve that?

Purging documents

I’m testing the API call to add an envelope to be purged. I have a completed envelope ID from one of our Dev environment. I’ve been able to successfully change the purgeState from “documents_and_metadata_and_redact_queued” to “documents_dequeued” using the API Explorer from developers.docusign.com When I try the same API call from Postman, I’m getting the following error: "errorCode": "DOCUMENT_PURGE_FAILED", "message": "Error adding documents to the purge queue. Only the sender may remove the envelope documents"I can make other successful calls using Postman. I’m the same user; that sent the envelope.Any idea what the issue is in Postman?

Need to contact support, I cannot submit a ticket to submit my issue to support

I need help. I am stuck in a loop with he chat about about getting to a support expert as it keeps telling me to sign in and submit a support ticket, but when I do sign in and got to my tickets I can see I had a ticket a year ago, but nowhere to click to submit new ticket. then I tried saying I couldn't log in and it says go to get support and fill out the support form that anyone can submit, and thats nowhere to be see.so for the love of patience, can any please help me get in touch with support directly?
