Recent “enhancement” has eliminated my DocuSign Dashboard on the Home page - I now get a screen about sending envelopes.  I don’t send envelopes, but receive them for signature and keep track of those signatures coming after mine.  This was conveniently seen on the Home page dashboard, but is now missing.  How do I get that back? 

Hello, Anyone having problems with the new version sharepointfororganization 4.2.1 ?After installing it in the app catalog it is available to install on your SharePoint site. When adding it to you sharepoint site it is installed succesfully on it but on the site it is not visible or possible to initiate Docusign. When you had a previous version installed on the site and you do an update it’s not a problem. So only when it’s a new installation it’s is not possible to use it after installation.  

We are using DocuSign for a POC. A DocuSign account has already been created and successfully connected to Salesforce.However, when we try to add or use Salesforce merge fields while sending an envelope, we receive the following error:“This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields”The integration between DocuSign and Salesforce is active, but merge fields are not working. We are unsure if we are missing any required permissions, settings, or configuration on either the Salesforce side or within DocuSign for merge field access.We would like help identifying: Which Salesforce user DocuSign uses to resolve merge fields Any additional permissions or setup required for merge fields in a POC DocuSign account Please let us know what configuration or access is missing to resolve this issue.

I sent an envelope and one of the recipients email address was incorrect. The other recipient had already signed. Can I change that email address on the app?

I signed a document on DocuSign and sent it to others. They requested proof that it was signed by me. That is to say, the Completion Certificate document must have the email address and mobile phone number of the signatory. However, on my Completion Certificate document, only the email address is shown but not my mobile phone number. How should I operate during the signing process so that the mobile phone number is displayed on the Completion Certificate document? Thank you!

Need instructions on how I can setup data fields on a document that requires the sender to complete before the documents is sent to the recipients.

Hi,I urgently need help understanding what happened to my DocuSign account.I have always used my professional email address as my DocuSign account. Recently, when I logged in, my entire account appears to have been reset. It now looks like a completely new free/trial account with no history, no settings, no completed or sent envelopes, and no access to support.However, when I open old DocuSign notification emails and follow the direct links to documents or envelopes I previously sent, I can access those document flows. This confirms the documents still exist in the system and were originally associated with my email address.The issue is that none of this history appears when I log in through the DocuSign homepage. My dashboard is empty, as if it were a brand‑new account.What I need:Understanding of what might have caused this account reset Restoration of my original account and full history Ass

I am generating a PDF that prints values into text fields on the PDF. One of the values that prints is being used as an anchor string for a required signature. The string is as follows: /required_buyer_signature/I then flatten the PDF and send it to docusign to obtain signatures. However, docusign is unable to detect the anchor string. When I open the pdf that is generated in adobe reader and use adobe’s search functionality to search for “/required_buyer_signature/”, it’s able to find the string (see screenshot below). Is there any reason why docusign is not able to detect the anchor string?NOTE: when i change the anchor string to something that is on the PDF document itself (e.g. “By signing below”), meaning the value is not dynamically generated, then docusign is able to find the anchor string and places the signature tab over that string. So I’ve narrowed the issue down to docusign not detecting dynamically generated values that print inside a PDF tex

I cant seem to sign my own documents.  When press on start, docusign automatically “send an envelope”.  When I selected myself as only signer, it still have "add fields” as next step instead of the "sign” button.   Please advice, thanks.

I have been having trouble with multiple and single signatory fields disappearing and not populating. I have spent hours trying to redo them I ended up sending just to the first recipient and the fields did not even appear?? What is going on??

Long time user (12 yrs?), extremely frustrated with recent DS *upgrades.* I can no longer ask one recipient to sign/initial in multiple locations in the same document. The wizard automatically deletes the first/previous signature/initial if I add a second location for signature/initial request. I have tried closing/reopening the DS program, switching browsers, switching users in between, etc. Nothing is working and I have an urgent deadline.Speaking or chatting with a human is no longer possible and the bot cannot provide adequate instruction. This is terrible customer service. DS rates have increased, yet the quality and availability of service has deceased. Shame on you DS.I guess it’s finally time to switch to a more reliable digital signature provider.

How do I add pages to an already established Template/ Envelope? 

I am working in Navigator’s sandbox environment and have signed several test envelopes with documents embedded in each of them. I believe those signed documents will appear in the agreements list, but there is no agreements to show. I have admin permissions and can see all agreements in Navigator.Please advise. Thanks!

I received a message in my account asking me to sign a fraudulent document.In its title, it reads:“Bradesco – Purchase Approved: R$12,000.00 for Walter …”I am Walter — and they had both my email address and my full name.Bradesco is a major Brazilian bank, roughly equivalent to Bank of America in scale and relevance.So how did this even reach me, given that it was clearly fraudulent and explicitly impersonating a well-known bank — quite possibly a DocuSign client?Well, well, well…..This is not the reputation one would expect from a company positioning itself as a trust platform.

I need to contact the support because the signing process of one of my files does not work. When I try to access the support chat here, nothing happens when pressing the button. There is also no html behind the button I could copy to another browser. It’s not working in Chrome (incognito & normal mode), Firefox, Safari  I also can not access any other type of support since I’m not a paying member. I also can’t log in to the support page, because first I’d need to open a chat - which is not working. 

Good morning. We have a paid-work DocuSign account assigned to one email. That person fully created the account and changed the original password. Now that person is on extended leave and no one has access to action anything. He is not reachable. We’ve not used any functions as it was just renewed for another year and we don’t want to let it go to waste. Plus when the person returns he will no longer need access to DocuSign.  Is there anyway that email can be removed and another email can be registered as the admin? I have that persons email and what we believe to be the original password. Another office took care of payment, so I’ll be able to get any information from them as well. Please let me know if this is possible and thank you!

I cant create an envelope at all. I have follow instructions from deleting cookies and chatting with support.  One agent advise me to get a new device!!! Im like huh? I haven’t been able to create a envelope in over two weeks.  Support hasn’t been able to assist and they were supposed to call me back today and no phone call.  I want to just give up and cancel my subscription because I am behind.  This has been the worst experience with docusign.  Everyone I speak with, says someone will call you and nothing.  I have been having this issue for awhile.
