Good afternoon,  I an unpaid user of Docusign, and have found it so difficult to use, and the lack of customer support has been so bad that I want to delete my profile, my documents, and remove myself completely from the site, because I simply don’t trust it.Can somebody advise me how to do this?  It seems that without paying I am not able to contact the company at all - the chat box seems to be available to me, but when I click on it, nothing happens.  It is very frustrating, and I really don’t want anything more to do with this company!

It shocking to me how hard it is get subscription support.  It taken me 30 minutes chatting to try to change my subscription.  I know Docusign wants to lower costs, but my request would have taken 1 minute with a real person.

I have an integration set up in place between Salesforce and Docusign. Currently what is happening is when I send a document or want to preview it the specific file is automatically saved to the related object. However, I don't want the unsigned copy to be saved. I only want the signed copy to be saved.  What can I do so that I only have one copy saved (the signed copy)? I was unable to find any details on this.

Hi everyone,I am trying to create a new Developer (Sandbox) Account, but I am completely blocked at the final activation step. I’ve already contacted standard support, and after exhaustive troubleshooting, they redirected me here so the product/developer team can look into a potential frontend or application bug.The Problem:During the registration process, I reach the "Activate Your Account" screen. The page displays the following message:“Thank you for choosing Docusign. Please complete the steps below and click ACTIVATE to continue. By clicking the ‘ACTIVATE’ button, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy”When I click the "Activate" button, the page seems to briefly reload, but nothing happens. Hi all, how can I re-assign a document to a different signatory? Context: document requires signature from 3 different functional leads. Two have already signed, the third is expectantly out of office and I want to re-assign it to their boss. I can’t see this as an option in my actions. 

Can i make it so that i can add documents but hidden until the main doc is signed. I am a broker and i want the client to sign the NDA before financials are released?

The counterparty’s signer has requested that the certification be combined with the signed PDF and sent as a single file upon completion. I understand that the system allows us to download a merged file of the agreement and the certificate after signing is completed. Hi everyone I am having some trouble cancelling my Business Pro free trial. When I select “Close Account” it says it will cancel all accounts including paid for that email address. I have tried to change the email address on my free trial but keep getting an error message. I have also tried to access the “call back” option from within my paid account but when it asks me to login it isn’t working. Any help appreciated :)

Is there a way to apply a company logo or stamp to a document during the process of preparing an envelope before sending it out to collect signatures? 

I paid for the annual not wanting it. I wanted the monthly. I was charged $129.60. I cannot speak to 1 single person. The live chat will not open for me. When it does, the links it sends me to use won’t work. It says I have to be a paying customer to contact via phone or e-mail. I clearly am. I have an invoice in my e-mail and the chat sent me one as well, when it did work. I just lost $500 and add the $129.60 on top of that. All due to Docusign not recognizing that I paid for a plan and will not let me send any envelopes. I am so unsatisfied. Impossible to reach an actual person. I will not recommend Docusign to anyone. I would like my money back. 

I’m looking for guidance on a situation involving an envelope that seems to have had its visibility restricted after I raised a concern with my company.I originally signed a contract through DocuSign. Later the envelope no longer appears under my “Completed” documents.However, I still have: A copy of the original contract I signed A copy of another version of the contract with a different job title Both documents show the same Envelope ID  Since I no longer have access to the envelope in my DocuSign account, I’m concerned about how to ensure the evidence cannot be deleted or altered by the sender.My questions for the community: Is it possible for a sender to remove or hide an envelope from a recipient’s view after completion? Hi DocuSign team and community,I'm running into a blocker on my Developer Sandbox account and would appreciate guidance, as this is preventing me from validating the multi-signer workflow before our production rollout.The problem: I create an envelope from a template with 2 or 3 signers in sequential routing order. After sending, the envelope status shows as Sent in the envelope history, and the history confirms the email was dispatched to the first signer's correct address. However, the email never arrives. Not in Inbox, not in Spam, not in Promotions, not in any folder. Because routing is sequential, signers 2 and 3 are also never notified.What I've already verified on my side: recipient email addresses are correct (double-checked character by character), tested with multiple real email providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domain) with the same result across all of them, checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, All Mail and Trash, the envelope history confirms Sent st

Hello, I am working on an Advanced Web Form that contains multiple recipients and needs Collaborative fields for two of the reviewers. The goal is to allow the Agent to begin the process and the Owner review and possibly update fields. All other recipients would simply be signing the form. I have a few issues.  When creating the webform from the template, an error is received that all recipients need a unique field. It does not register that some fields are collaborative. It does not account for Signature fields. Typically, with multiple recipients and collaborative fields, for PowerForms you set the fields to the last person in that signing order, so that if the fields are required, they are optional for all recipient prior to final signature. In this case, we’d want the Agent who is initiating the request to complete everything as optional, and then it be required for the owner. However, with AWF, all the fields have to be tied to the first recip

We’re a Strategic Business Development Consultancy and we have 5 separate contracts.As a vCSO and Executive Director for international companies, I need to be able to authorise documents for each of them with a digital signature for each. How do I do this with DocuSign? BTW I’m not a developer and don’t get that environment. 

If Electronic Seals can be used in Bulk Send?

We have very unique case, our developer (who has zero experience with Docosign but tens of years of development experience with salesforce) has spent a month trying to implement DocoSign with no sucess.Without successful POC, my managers won’t agree to purchase the product, without paid account we can get only a minimal assistance via the chat, sending links to articles and videos that we already reviewed and familiar with.I really believe that DocoSign is the best solution for our use case, but the frustration is killing my initiative.I am in a dead lock.Any suggestions?

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort. 

I got a requirement as mentioned below:I will be triggering the journey from the oracle HCM, once the employee completed signing the document it need to be moved to oracle HCM document of records, Is that feasible to move the pdf file from Docusign to oracle HCM document of records ? 

Sending the document link for signature can only be done via email, or can we create a link to send via Whatsapp, for example?
