Hello everybody,I would like to create an automated Powerautomate Signing-Workflow with DocuSign an create a qualified electronic signature (QES). Therefore a validation workflow is necessary. We use D-Trust (Bundesdruckerei) in Germany. I need to input the verification Type as a parameter. But I am not sure what to choose or how to correctly address / initiate this verification workflow exactely. Any expericence or idea how to solve this? Thanks! Uli 

The Salesforce org I’m working in currently has DocuSign implemented via a URL Button that initiates DocuSign from the Quick Actions menu. I’m working to update that functionality to occur in a Salesforce Flow instead. I’d like the same functionality to fire automatically when the flow completes and populate the DocuSign envelope with variables from the flow.My thought is this would need to be done in Lightning or Apex and called in the flow. I initially tried automatically firing the button on init, but Lightning doesn’t support URL buttons so it won’t fire as expected. Has anyone initialized DocuSign from a Flow before?

Hello, I am new here and I wanted to get a copy of the document i signed a couple months ago but the link on the email i was sent has expired so i cannot access the document. I am the recipient and from my understanding of similar questions, it is only the sender/admin that could help me access it. However i also read that the account plan i have (free) could be reason because it might not support some advanced options. I was wondering if i upgraded to the “personal” plan i would be able to access that document from a couple months ago. My old admin does not work with the company anymore so i don’t know who to contact. Thanks for the help, Rafael 

I need for my clients to be able to receive my contracts so they can sIGN them and return them through Docusign. I can’t get the scanned contracts to them without my initials and signature in the place they are supposed to sign? I need help setting it up please? I need to set up a new account strictly for my clients?

Hello,I was reviewing one of the templates in Docusign and I noticed an envelope ID on the top document before it was even signed, any suggestion on what happened or if there is setting that I need to turn off?Can the API embed the envelope ID into the PDF document when preparing the envelope?   Best regards,Emad

I have add a new Attribute. I also think I updated my workflow correctly but I am still not able to search the new attribute in DocuSign CLM what am I missing. Please help.

I have updated several existing templates and need to know what happens to the in progress envelopes that were created using these templates before they were updated. Is there a way to go into the in progress envelope and update to the newer template? I have tried using “Manage Applied Templates” but it does not update to the new version. Any help is appreciated.

Good day I created a web form that is associated with a template. It works as expected, except I notice that when a user fills out and completes the form, I am being emailed a confirmation of the e-signature along with attachments (the signed form, and any attachments the user uploaded).I want the email to be generated, but I want it to go to a different email address. On the template’s “Add recipients” section, the first signer (which is set to “Needs to Sign”) is “Requesting User” and email is blank (assuming the applicant is to complete the form). The second signer is the role and email address I want to get the response after the user has submitted the form. That second signer is set to “Receives a Copy” and the address is hardcoded into the “Delivery” section.How might I accomplish this? 

Can I access admin dashbaord where we setup webhooks and integration keys from a business plan or do I have to buy a developer plan

My client had started an agreement and filled out majority of the form, only had to sign it and send it back. They were unable to access it, so I resent it with an updated access code. When I resent it to them, the information they filled in was erased and the form was completely blank - forcing them to restart from scratch. Is there a way I can retrieve the field data they inputted earlier? Why was their information deleted when I resent them the agreement? I think it is because I “corrected” the document and inputted a new access code...

We are encountering a MIXED_DML_OPERATION error after upgrading our DocuSign App Launcher package to version 7.9.2. If I have a document that needs to be signed by 3 different parties, and I don’t want the first signer to see the last signers information they have to fill in, is this possible to execute? 

When sending out documents to clients to sign , the data is getting distorted . Eg . The ‘Table of Contents’ page gets jumbled , the topics and their page numbers usually have spacking between them but now they are close to each other . As seen in the image , in the first line , the number ‘8’ should be below the ‘Page’ title . TL DR: “  when you upload a contract to Docusign , it distorts the content page when sent for signature “

Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? We have a signer from China who needs to sign a document requiring identity verification with an official ID. However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.Could you please advise on the available options in this case?

Hello helpers !When I send a document to my customers for signature, when all parties have signed,  we all receive the PDF with separately the Document  signed and the Summary.Is there a way to always attached the Document and  Summary together (by default). Honestly it is a pain to always have to managed 2 documents . Why the Summary is not attached by default to the document ?In cas of dispute, the signed document , without the Summary , is not very strongthank you Jerome

Is there a way to tell which administrative user created an agreement rule in our eSignature account? Also, if a user creates an agreement rule, but we close that user’s profile when they leave the organization, does this affect any existing, enabled agreement rules they may have created?

Hello, with the new Docusign security setting in Salesforce, I disconnected and reconnected the organisation to Docusign, and since then I have been experiencing a problem.When the user reconnects to Docusign via Salesforce CPQ, they receive an error message indicating that the URL does not exist. They wait 10 minutes and then they can generate their document without any problems.I made a Salesforce query that shows me the URL stored in my flow, which is different from the URL in the error message.My flow calls the following URL:URLFOR(“/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator”.  The URL in the error message contains  apex/dfsle__CompleteSpringOAuthHave you encountered this problem? I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

We are encountering DocuSign issues while retrieving the status of packages in the development and test environments. ( Note - This issue is NOT happing in production environment ) The core issue is a `com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.exc.UnrecognizedPropertyException` within the `cwaDocusignApi.war` application. This exception arises when the application attempts to deserialize a JSON response from the DocuSign API, as the response contains a field named "isTicketRelatedEnvelope" that is not recognized by the application's `com.docusign.esign.model.Envelope` class. The root causes appear to be:1. **Outdated DocuSign SDK:** The `cwaDocusignApi` application uses an older version of the DocuSign eSignature SDK, which does not include the `isTicketRelatedEnvelope` property in its `Envelope` model.2. **API Changes:** DocuSign has updated its API to include this new field, and our application has not been updated to accommodate it. To isolate the issue, the existing code was deployed in a loc
