DocuSign SCIM connector connection failing

We are trying to setup SCIM connector for DocuSign in Entra for user provisioning and de-provisioning however when while testing the ‘connection after copying the relevant into (Base/tenant URL and token) to Entra, the test connection is failed with error “Your application is not reachable” (reference snip attached).Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

I'm contacting you because I have some questions about Docusign.1. When A, B, and C personal accounts in a certain department are being used in the Admin account with permission to use, I want to give permission to D personal accounts in other departments in the Admin account.At this time, I would like to know if D can use Docusign without allowing D personal accounts to view documents from existing A, B, C personal accounts.I would like to know if each department can restrict access rights.2. If I create an Admin account for each department and want to authorize it by creating a higher Admin account above it,please check if I can transfer documents, and works from the department's Admin account to a higher management account.

Question about TLS 1.3 Support for Outbound API/Webhook Connections

I’m trying to receive webhook notifications from DocuSign on my endpoint but the request fails with the error:"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."My Azure web App Service to supports TLS 1.3 minimum. DocuSign webhook requests fail when attempting to connect.Does DocuSign support TLS 1.3 for webhooks? If not, is there a workaround or fix to make this work?

Techsoup subscription charge

I don’t know what to do! I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition for an initial 5 seats via Techsoup for $100 in March of 2024. On the Techsoup site is says:Perpetual License This donation provides a perpetual subscription for up to five users. It does not expire or need to be renewed.  Then in January 2025 I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition, 5 Additional Users, and on Techsoup is says: DescriptionThis product is only for organizations that are requesting or have already received Docusign Standard Edition.This donation allows organizations to add up to five additional user licenses to their initial subscription. You can request this offer up to four times to obtain access for up to 25 users total. Then this March, my organization just received a bill for $3000 minus a discount for $1500 for the initial five users, but leaving $1500 for the additional five users. When I go to open a case, it says that my account is not eligible to open a case. How can I actually contact Docu

Webform Data via scheduled report

We are using a webform to collect data that is then being transferred to another system.  The key is getting the CSV download so that we are not retyping the data. The volume of transactions requires that we look at transactions daily.  When we ‘download’ at the template level, we get everything, and then have to filter down to the ‘new transactions’.  The most efficient would be to schedule a report, but when I look at the webform data report, it does not allow scheduling, and it doesn’t give the date granularity I need- preferable I would want a daily report that says show me yesterday.  Any thoughts on how to make this a usable, efficient process?

Organize page order of attachments within a template

How can the order of an attachment be manually set within a template? The default is that all attachments are appended at the end of the document.I am specifically using the Smartsheet-DocuSign integration so the option/solution would need to be available within that context.

Why are some users prompted with a verification code and others not?

We have some users of Docusign (not Signers) that get prompted to re-login if the system times out and then they get sent a verification code while others just get prompted for the password & get right back in.  What is different in their settings that we need to fix to avoid the verification code action?  Just to add, the users getting the verification code are NOT using a new browser or system.

when i click website link i get routed to docusign and see "The document has been suspended and is not currently active. please contact the sender" what if i am the sender

I have a user who is trying to link a DocuSign form to a website for students to use their email to fill out and have parents sign with them but when the link is clicked, we receive "The document has been suspended and is not currently active. please contact the sender" error. Please advise.

ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED in Sandbox even though dashboard shows Unlimited

ello DocuSign Developer Community,I am using a DocuSign **Sandbox account** for testing and trying to create envelopes via the eSignature API. However, I am receiving the following error when sending envelopes:Error code: ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED  Message: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.The strange thing is that in my Sandbox Admin dashboard, the account shows **"Unlimited" envelopes** and only **51 envelopes used**. Environment details:  - Sandbox account email: ***email removed***- Account ID: **********- API SDK: PHP eSignature SDK (vendor/docusign/esign-client)  I would like to know:  1. Why is the API returning this error even though the dashboard shows unlimited envelopes?  2. How can I reset or fix the envelope quota for this Sandbox account?  3. Is this a known issue for Sandbox environments?Thank you in advance for your help.

Stop using ZIP files for downloads

Every time I download a PDF file I get a ZIP file that I have to unpack and toss.I know ZIP files are still very popular in the Windows Environment. However, we are deep in the 21th century. Nonebody with a brain still uses that platform. Stop waisting my time and drop the ZIP nonsense. I have enough bandwidth in the Netherlands, perhaps it is still a probably in the US - I lived there for 8 years and OMG what a nightmare, so happy to be back.Kind regards,Dr. Hans Kramer

No Response After Submitting Partner Production Account Request

Hi DocuSign Community,We’ve developed a system that integrates with DocuSign to access templates and send offer letters directly from our portal. In our setup, users log in to our portal with their DocuSign accounts, and from there they can access their templates and send offers through DocuSign using eSignature API.So far, we’ve been testing successfully using a Sandbox account. To move into production, we understand that we need a Partner Production account. We have already filled out and submitted the required form for this, but we haven’t received any response yet.Has anyone else experienced delays with this process? Is there a recommended way to follow up or escalate the request to get our Partner Production account enabled?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Larger text in email body

I work at a credit union and use docusign often. The text that we put in the docusign message is not easily seen by members when they receive a message from us with instructions for what to do in the document and how to access it. Is there any way to increase the size and prominence of those messages?

Developer Portal blank screen after login — /api/user/settings returns 500

Hello everyone,I’m encountering a problem when accessing the DocuSign Developer Portal:- URL: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/account/  - After logging in, the page stays completely blank (only the header appears).- In DevTools Network tab, the request to `/api/user/settings` returns HTTP 500.- On the console, I see the error:    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'account_name')Steps already tried:- Tested in Chrome and Edge (both latest versions).- Cleared cache and cookies, used incognito mode.- Tried on different networks and devices.- Extensions like AdBlock are not the root cause.It seems the frontend cannot proceed without user settings.  Has anyone experienced something similar? Any workaround, or is there a direct way to reset or repair account settings?Thank you for your help!

Using Documentproperties as Anchors in PowerAutomate

Hi everyone,I want to add multiple documents to one envelope. Each Document should only be signed once. Since all documents are duplicated from a template and I came up with the ideo of using a specific document propertie as signature anchor. But in my tests this did not work. (When I am using the same anchor in each document, each document has to be signed as often as documents are in the envelope)Has anyone an idea why this does not work or how it could work?Thank you all in advance.Best regardsJens

Possible to set company or text when updating recipient signer via API

We host in-person meetings, and want the attendees of the meeting to sign the meeting document via a tablet that gets passed around.  We don’t know who the attendees/signers will be, or how many, but we want them to sign the document within our web application.  After a lot of experimentation with Docusign’s APIs, we’ve taken this approach:We create an envelope (POST to /restapi/v2/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes) with 100 allocated signers (the maximum allowed and hopefully more than will ever attend our meetings).  These are placeholder signers.  Our document also has 100 lines allocated for recording attendee information which feature anchor tags for recording the signature (\s1\, \s2\, etc.), anchor tags for the attendee’s name (\n1\, \n2\, etc.), and anchor tags for recording the attendee’s company (\c1\, \c2\, etc.)   As each attendee enters their information on the tablet, we call Docusign’s recipient-update API endpoint (PUT to /restapi/v2/accounts/{accountId}/envelopes/{envelop

How to set order of precedence for signing multiple documents. Single signer.

Sending two or more documents per envelope to a single signer.  They must sign the documents in a specific order.  Doc#2 cannot be available for signing until they have signed Doc #1, etc.  Any Ideas?  I’m using Power Automate because it’s a more complicated flow.  I have everything else but this piece of the puzzle.  Any ideas?

How to configure a document for sending to 3 people from same company and first approver moves the document onto next company

How do I configure a document that requires one signature out of 3 people from same company ie one line in the doc for a signature so that the first approver moves the document and the others that didn't sign do not stop the workflow for the next company to sign.  Currently when I set-up multiple approvers when the first one approves it will not move onto the next company to approve.
