I cannot seem to find DocuSign Files Component when editing Opportunity Lightning Record Page

Hi I am trying to following this DocuSign instruction https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=srl1586134368658&topicId=isj1586134263707.html&_LANG=enus Our Salesforce has DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce version 7.12.3 installed. I cannot find this DocuSign Files component when I edit Opportunity Lightning Record page. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Chose Wrong Plan: How do I Switch?

I recently purchased the $450 Intermediate API Plan starting at 100 envelopes per month. However, I was given the Docusign eSignature Intermediate Plan. How do I switch over from the eSignature Intermediate plan to the Intermediate API Plan that I have already purchased? You should know that I was told by the rep in the chat that I had to use another email for my API account, which I did and that did not work. I made the purchase under another email address.

Help! Being charged every month

I canceled my account in December. We are now in April and I am still being charged -71.01 every single month. I can’t seem to talk to a real person. I tried to make a case, but my account is deactivated so, therefore, I can’t make case--yet I’m still being charged. A long google search gave me a phone number. But it was to the sales team. They didn’t transfer me or give me a way to contact anyone else. Basically just hung up. I am at a loss at what to do.

A tab LocalePolicy is invalid. Error only when correcting a document.

Hello, I have a template that I use to send to clients. It works fine when I send it initially, but if I ever have to correct the document after sending, I always get an error: “A tab LocalePolicy is invalid. A formula tab LocalePolicy does not match a numerical tab LocalePolicy from its formula.” I checked every formula in the document and made sure to use the correct field names. Proof of this is simply that it works when sending to a client initially. All formulas work correctly. I don’t know what else to try. I need some help here. Thanks!

Charged incorrectly

Good afternoon, I’m new to a DocuSign membership and opted into the $57 account. To complete a task, I needed more envelops than what was provided, so I contacted support (before they completely digitize, which I really stress has created an unhelpful support for account users). I made it clear to support, I solely need more envelops as an adjustment (1 time) to complete a task. They instructed me on a process through admin, which for a fee would increase the amount of envelops. They did not inform me that doing so would increase the users. I have now been charged my monthly fee 3 times and cannot get in touch with a representative. I was clear with what I was looking for and have been fed bad advise which has costed me, with no ability to contact a real person (even through the case management process), to stop this. At this rate, I’ll be charged this ridiculous fee for a service which, based on this experience, would like to opt out of.

Bulk Sending Contracts with Authentication

Can I bulk send a contract using a tempate and csv for the data so that each document is unique to the employee’s contract with a unique cell phone number for each row for OTP for the signer? Also, if someone with a seat on our account is going to countersign the contracts is that a second envelope or the same envelope?

Which plan is most appropriate for me?

I am on a DocuSign trial, but I’m not sure which features are only available for the Business Pro plan versus the Standard or Personal. The two things that are ‘higher level’ that I’m using are: grouped checkboxes (i.e. where there are five options, and I am setting a checkbox next to each option, and the signer is required to check exactly one out of the five options), and conditional fields (i.e. if one checkbox is checked, then one set of fields is displayed, and if another checkbox is checked, then a different set of fields is displayed) Are both these features available in the Personal and Standard plans, or do I need to pay for a higher-level tier? The Features summary on the pricing and plans website is very unclear. Thanks!

DocGen for Salesforce - AutoPlace Custom Fields not automatically added to file when sending

Hello! We're using DocGen for Salesforce for our documents, and everything is working as needed except for having custom input fields be pulled into the doc before sending. We have Signature Placeholder fields for s1, n1, d1, etc, and those all work great when sending the document (which is connected to an envelope). We also have Custom Fields with anchor text set-up the same way, but when we go to send the document, it automatically adds the Signature, Name, Date, etc fields for signer input, but the custom text fields are not added until I drag them into the 'Prepare & Send' pane. Once I drag them in, the Autoplace that is set-up does put them where it should be putting them, but I cannot figure out what is missing to cut out this step of dragging the custom field in. I don't want the eventual senders to need to remember to do this for all the custom input fields every time. Thanks!

Why does my completed document say In Process on each completed and signed page?

I received an email that all parties have signed and I see their initials and signatures however on each page it says “In Process” very faintly in the background. I have never seen this happen before.

Issue with loading documents with external signatures.

We have identified that DocuSign is not allowing the upload of documents with external signatures, which negatively impacts our operations by preventing us from receiving several important forms. We request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.If an immediate technical solution is not feasible, we ask that a clear error message be implemented when filling out the form, informing the user that documents with external signatures are not supported. This would help avoid confusion and delays.

Is there a report in Docusign that shows all Navigator jobs or progress?

Good Day, Does anyone know if there is an out of the box function or feature in eSignature Navigator to pull reports for Navigator activities all in 1 from the ‘Monitor All Jobs’ page? It would be very helpful to be able to go to eSignature Admin page and go to Audit logs, or bulk actions and export the Navigator jobs activity in 1 csv. Thank you

Error Message When Trying to Sign PowerForm

Hello, I received a Contract Licensing Agreement from a company on April 15. I was able to access the Agreement, but did not sign it. I tried to sign the Agreement on April 21 and now I am receiving the error: “Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: An error has occurred.” I contacted the company that sent me the licensing agreement and they said to wait 1 business day and try to sign it again. I did that and I still received the same error. How can I access this agreement so I can sign it? Thanks!

Hi A This is getting to the point of dispair and possible fraud i am starting to think you have automatically set up 200 envelopes/ 2 seats from 19/4/25 to 26 without allowing me to CANCEL / get a refund even though i dont want this service level I NO LONGER need this amount of Envelopes and therefore want to REDUCE the PLAN NOW !!!! and get back the £480 you have taken without my authority I am getting to the point of looking into a LEGAL action against you now as you are not calling me back (3 days) and also not allowing me to cancel this service ONLINE - its really UNFAIR !!! i will not need this level of enevlopes in the next 12 months and wish to take out a LESSER plan asap My number is +** **** *** *** Please can somebody in customer support kindly contact me asap Thanks Dave

Scam or not?

About once a month I get an e-mail that says someone may have accessed my account (through COINBASE this month) and they want to know if I authorized this or not. When I called the number (a Los Angeles area code, not a 1-800 number) I got someone who really didn’t speak English. The e-mail LOOKS like it came from docusign, but how can I tell if this is legit or if this is a scam? Thank you.

PoC - issue connecting Salesforce Sandbox with docusign Dev account

Everything looked to be going OK, except whenever i put a merge field on my document I got an ‘unable to connect to service’ message. I found a post that said disconnect and reconnect the docusign account which I did but it made no difference. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package from the AppExchange. It claims to be installed successfully but I now just get a grey screen on the DocuSign setup tab and a ‘refused to connect’ message. Any thoughts on how I can fix this please.

DocuSign locking branding for small businesses

I have just updated my account from monthly to annual and discovered the branding functionality has been locked (with no warning). On investigation I have been told this functionality is now only available to enterprise customers paying four figures a month. For small businesses this greatly reduces the value of platform and is a huge change to bring in without any kind of communication. Very disappointing. Hopefully this is something the platform will reconsider

Former Employee is Main User

Dear DocuSign Support, I would like to cancel our DocuSign account. The account was originally created by a former employee, who was set up as the main user. I only had access to the signing function. Now that this employee no longer works with us, I am unable to log in to his account to manage or cancel the subscription. Could you please advise me on how to proceed with the cancellation under these circumstances? Thank you in advance for your help.

Multiple documents with Auto-Place not using DocumentId

I am creating an envelope using the API and adding multiple documents and using Auto-Place to add the “Sign Here” tabs. The anchor string is the same on both documents but I would like the tabs to only place on the document specified by the “DocumentId” on the tab. This does not seem to work.
