I am trying to use Maestro Workflows to load a specific template that could be sent for eSignatures based on web form selections. However, it seems like there is a limitation on the number of branching rules that can be added. I have always just clicked the docusign and worked perfect, now that i got an account when i click the document needing to be signed it does not pull up the document, just takes me to a page send new link or sign in. I sign in but no document that i can find

Hi,Currently to get JWT access token we are following these two steps. Step -1: manual action:Currently to get JWT access token we need to manually prepare JWT JSON and here we need to add start time, expire time and need to generate JWT token.Step-2: Rest APIFrom the above generated JWT token we are execute DocuSign API to get the access token “https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token?grant_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer&assertion=<JWT token>. Is there any way so that with the user credentials/data we need to fire only one API to get the access token no need of again manual generation of JWT token. Is there any way to avoid manual action.  

Unable to login to Docusign. The "update" Docusign is providing below: https://status.docusign.com/incidents/z0n5pff9sx55 - does NOT help, this is a new issue that has come up today (5/15/23) for many DocuSign members. Is there a new problem site?

Hi Team,I have configured the webhook feature in my demo account and include OAuth for integration and security, the webhook attempts to call the API when an event is triggered. However, I got  an error message in the log. Here is the error message: Error: https://dev.api.genpt.com/catalog/debi-service/debi/documentSign/status :: Error - HTTP call to OAuth authorization server failed: HTTP status code = 401, OAuth response = {"fault":{"faultstring":"Invalid access token","detail":{"errorcode":"oauth.v2.InvalidAccessToken"}}}; My question is: What details can I expect in the webhook API call? The docusign folder is not stable when I marked the folder complete and moving to the complete status.   The word “COMPLETED” disapears. 

My “Completed” contracts is not in sync with the emails that indicate completed. The completedfrom DocuSign emails is showing the actual number of documents signed and completed? Would there be a reason why it is not showing the correct competed contracts in the Completed link from the homepage? 

When trying to get a signature or sign a document from a SharePoint library, Docusign just spins forever.  I have tried using Chrome and Edge browsers.  I have tried on different devices and different login accounts and still are having the same results.

Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one.

  My eSign account was created by my employer on my behalf.It worked for about 6 months. Then, boom!I suspect that the reason I cannot verify myself is that my country of origin has bought “our” passport creation process from a Chinese source.Just spoke with support, nothing can be done.I have been trying to sign for a YEAR now. (06/11/2023)I CANNOT SIGN A THING.My residence permit is also not allowed.Is there ANY WAY I can get my account deleted? This is all I want now, thanks but NO thanks.

If an envelope is set to expire on a given date, does it expire at the beginning of that date or at the end? Or does it depend on the time the expiration date was set?Thanks,Teri

If I have a production account (A) with an application called X, and another user’s production account (B) grants user consent for app X, then who is responsible for billing if requests? Is it the account under which app X is listed, or the account being impersonated?

I’m a realtor and I have been using Docusign for a while now.  We have a form called a Seller Property Disclosure that asks the owner a lot of questions.  The form has circles where the receiver is supposed to be able to answer the questions by hitting the space by.  My last 2 clients that received this form were unable to answer the questions. I can see that they can fill out the spaces on my end, prior to sending it.  What am I doing wrong or is there something they need to do on their end.  It used to work-no problem-now all of a sudden.  Thank you for any help you can provide.

HelloI use the drawing field on a car sales application form, when the signer draws inside the field, the initial view of the signer appears normal, but when the document is downloaded the field expands across the entire sheet and does not allow me to see the rest of the content documentI have minimized the field size, adjusted the view to be responsive, renamed the field but nothing seems to work properly, does anyone know why this is happening? I’m making a template that goes back and forth between 2 parties.When party A makes a change to a data field, and the envelope goes back to party B. I want DocuSign to take party B to those changes and not directly to the signing required at the end of the document.  I’ve already set the fields to “required” but DocuSign still takes party B directly to the end of the document to sign, instead of directing them to review the changes.

Hi everyone,I am using templates with fields that the first recipient needs to fill. These fields are for instance purchase order numbers, part numbers,...It is a kind of certificate of compliance for our customers. There is a lot of informations in that document and sometimes mistakes happen.The first recipient fills the document. The next recipient  reads it and is supposed to sign if it’s correct.If the second recipient detects a mistake, he voids the document. That’s how the process seems to be in docusign. The issue is that if the document is voided then everything that has been filled by the first recipient is lost. I am looking for a solution that allows the first recipient to get back his document as he filled it and to correct it. Any idea?

Hello,I am trying to generate a flow in Power Automate that is triggered off when a Docusign envelope changes, however, am running into the following error code: The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.After researching this, it’s my understanding that a DocuSign administrator must enable Docusign Connect before a non-administrator can use the Docusign for Power Automate connector to run a flow when an envelope status changes. I have met with the Docusign administrator for my account and we have tried to follow the instructions linked below but do not have a button for “Enable Connect” in the top righthand corner. We do have the ability to click on the “Add Configuration” button, however, upon trying to add a configuration we receive receive another error message stating that Docusign “needs permission to access resource in your organization that only an admin can grant” (s

I am unable to recieve documents directly to my docusign. Typically when someone sends me something to sign or view, I can usually find it in the Action Required tab. However, lately it has not shown up there. I get the notification in email that I have a document, but its not listed where it normally is. The only way to access documents that have been sent to me is through email. How can I fix this?

But everytime, when I type : https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature&client_id={my_real_client_id}&redirect_uri=https://localhost:8080/callbackDocusign ask the developer account to sign in, otherwise I cannot get the auth code, so I cannot get the access token by the auth code. So it is not a one time thing, everytime, If I want to call some eSign API, I need to login the developer account everytime, why? 

i have tried numerous format such as (xxx) xxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx-xxxxxxx xxxx xxxx then checking the validity of my phone number (in which it is valid) , using another phone number, another device, different wifi, creating brand new email account, all to no avail. please help to solve this as soon as possible. thank you

Quick one,  I am working on Docusign in our test environment and completed the build. I have this button that was initially created through “Application Forms” Template and was working fine. I created another template “Application Forms V2” and replaced the templated ID in the old button and chose not to create a new button. Why do I get this prompt ?That wipes out the fields from the actual template if I chose to click CANCEL on the above prompt.This is prompting me to use the “Application Forms” which is the older version.
