I am sending a purchase of sale agreement to a seller. I am a sender and a signer, when the email comes in from docusign it says “message from Zachary Saunders, Zachary Saunders” I need to remove the duplicated name, any ideas? I have my name entered correctly on my profile and in the recipient list. I think this may be happening because I am the sender as well as a signer.

You need to change your “account name “ in the admin account settings. then it will show your name, your business name” its not duplicating the name but showing your profile name, followed by your account name.
