Docusign vs Ariba integration

We have an issue connecting SAP Ariba with docusign, the error specifies that the id from airba doesn´t match the id from docusign during the consent phase. Although both users are equal (matching also the lower and upper cases, no blank spaces also). See attached info with screenshots

This integration works fine in our sandbox.

Any clue?
